I loved it, from beginning to end too. So much good action with Thor early on. Was interested to see what the Russo's could do with Thor but happy with what Taika did with him.

Thor basically got the treatment Cap got in TWS. Everything was ramped up. I've seen it four times now.

Anyone else love that little gag between Banner and Valkyrie?

The "I feel like i know you"? It was a fun one.
I also liked how Hulk behaved and interacted with Valkyrie. They where mates.

Also Hulk speech really pull the emotional strings sometimes. Like when i think Thor jumps out of the window and Hulk says something like "Friend stay" and when Hulk basically doesn't want Thor to leave him on the Quinjet. Their relationship was one of the highlights.

Also the way Hulk sat on the bed and was hurt after what Thor said. When they where throwing things around, when Hulk joined on the trick Thor pulled on Valkyrie...

I loved the Hulk in this. Those scenes where amazing.

Some of the funnier scenes for me where... At least those i remember the most right now because there where so many great ones.

- Thor's pep talk with Valkyrie and then having the ball ricochet on the window and knock him down.
- Banner almost trying to show off to Valkyrie and landing right on his face at the rainbow bridge.
- Valkyrie falling during her introduction.

Those where hilarious. You gotta be in on the joke though. The joke is to undercut those typical super hero moments, the pep talks, the heroes triumphal entrances... Laughed hard at that.

The Psycho Crusher attack is like that M. Bison attack from Street Fighter where he does that horizontal spinning attack in mid-air while using that electrical energy "Psycho" power. Thor basically did that in this movie.

There was definitely some misleading trailer editing, like when Asgard getting destroyed. The trailers and TV spots made it look like Hela was the one doing it instead of Surtur.

Korg chasing the "ghost" of Loki was great. Pretty much anything Korg even the Asgard's foundations will be fine.

Was hoping Strange would have a bigger role but his scene was awesome. Everything with him and Thor was great then the end came and Loki shouting that he's been falling for 30 minutes. Don't know if he's the Ancient One atm but Loki vs Strange is something I'd love to see.

The stuff on the Sanctum Sanctorum was pretty funny too... like all of it.
Thor being clumsy and knocking stuff down, Him being dizzy while teleported but still holding the beer, "I have been falling... for 30 minutes!". t:

The stuff when the Grandmaster is talking about his age and he just out of nowhere stops talking and checks Loki out, both Thor and Loki reaction was so weirded out and funny. The Grandmaster interaction with Topaz, the death stick joke, the "prisoners with jobs", "trash"...t:

So much funny stuff.

Personally i spotted that really early on. After the teaser came out really. I always though it was most likely Surtur's doing.

How did people feel about [Blackout]the Warriors Three being killed? I know they were minor characters in the movies but fans of the Thor comics really seemed to appreciate them. I guess it's a good thing Jamie Alexander couldn't fit the film into her busy schedule because now they can at least bring her back in the future.[/Blackout]

Yeah Volstagg and Fandral getting merked so quickly was probably the biggest surprise of the movie for me. Once that happened I knew Hogun was a goner if he showed up at all. I guess they let him put up a little more of a fight since they wrote him out of the 2nd movie so early, lol. I was also surprised that Sif was totally absent (including not even being mentioned).

Just ONE line from each, as well as an acknowledgement by Thor, would have had me satisfied. It was so random.

Do people wanna see Sif so much because of her comic character? She wasn't someone memorable from the previous films because the focused on Jane as the love interest.

I just wish Bill had a small cameo, at least some prisoners mentioning a Korbanite helping some escape.

The only part that took me out of the film was Scurge firing the M-16s and there are no casings being ejected. The port cover was even closed the entire time! Small detail but, very distracting!

I loved everything else! Especially the humor! I think I laughed more at this than I did the 2 Guardians movies!
