Good thing I caught it...Basically its the best blockbuster of the year. Its in the top tier of best superhero films since TDK.

Also a big action sequence in the middle of the film that was amazing.

Amy Adams was a bit of a miscast, but he doesnt blame her acting...However she is great in what she has to work with.

Cavill is Superman

I don't think Adams is miscast, I think they wrote Lois' character differently because they didn't want to make her an archetype.

Frankly, people have been screaming "miscast" ever since she was cast. Because from a physical standpoint, she doesn't really match the normal conventions we associate with Lois.

I remember people having a fit because she wasn't dark haired.

Never bothered me because she is a pretty damn good actress.

Strength and toughness can be conveyed in different ways though; and Amy took a fresh approach with the character this time around. Based on what I've seen so far, I highly doubt she's been miscast.

I doubt she's been miscast too. All the bits of footage I have seen with her she's screamed Lois to me, especially that scene in the Publicity Special when she got off that chopper talking to Henry Ackerdson.

I think Adams reminds me of Dana Delaney's Lois a little bit. That clip of her walking in the snow was definitely TAS Lois to me.
