You're nostalgic, idealizing the past... Characters well developed, perfect tone? They barely develop anyone besides Clark and the campy tone of Lex, Otis & co was ridiculous, etc, etc.
The problem with a minority of critics is that they keep idealizing movies that were not that good to start with. MOS has its flaws, but it is better than most Superman and comic book movies IMO.
66% here !

I predicted btw 70 & 80 %, I think when all is said and done, it will be in this range.
Anything is possible.Realistically what is the highest and lowest the RT ratings can go to at this point? Is 70% pretty much written off at this point?
And the problem with a minority of Superman fanboys is they will bash others' opinions about Man of Steel before they even judge it for themselves

Saying one character was written well but the rest of the movie wasn't is not contradictory

Russell Crowe is in the movie lol

Yep. 40/21; 66%
Yeah, basically this. Naturally, it'll probably end up somewhere between the best and worst case scenarios, so I'm guessing it'll stay in the 60s.Because it's not certified fresh yet, it can go below 60%. It's not getting back to 80%.
Worst case scenario: 55-59%
Best case: 70%-73%
A majority of them haven't seen MoS like you and I havewe have differing opinions, of course but to those who have not seen it, I would encourage them to regardless of any negative opinion be it critic or moviegoer (that includes your opinion of MoS,) because we all see films differently.

I was referencing how she immediately said that Snyder and Goyer needed to go, and yet she loved Lois was written. More just to point out to the poster that was ticked by her first comment didn't need to take the reviw too seriously.
Yeah but we're talking zack snyder not kevin garnett.
Really though i'm not sure where all these positive reviews are just going to start popping up from? I think all the big-name or "prestigious" critics have already spoken?
