I'm very optimistic for this film, for Bane, for Hardy and Nolan.

But I can't say it doesn't get on my nerves when people throw away all of thier comic knowledge and just say, ya no worries it's Nolan.

Well everyone comes from a different point of view. I am a movie-buff that happens to have two comic-book movies in my top 30 movies of all time. The love for those movies made me read comics and interest me for the characters.

I'm pretty knowledgeable in the comic world but it is not my only point of view.

What is it with accusing people of being mindless drones if they like something different from the comics? Seriously, I loved Burton's changes to both Penguin and Catwoman. Loved Nolan's changes to the Joker and Ra's. I completely understand why some folks might not like the changes.

Hmm, never thought of no mask at all. The fire would definitely be rising on these boards if that was the case.

That's like getting a flesh tone Joker hahaha (but I won't go there)

I personally dig the mask. It looks like he is a contained beast, similar to Hannibal Lector. Also, we can't forget how much cooler it will be on film, in action, with the proper lighting and hearing him speak with Zimmer's awesome score.

It will be intense, no doubt about that. Accurate? Not so much. But we'll see what happens.
