The Dark Knight Rises Tom Hardy as Bane XIV

Hands down, Warrior edges out The Fighter.

Which isn't to say The Fighter was the lesser film here, but the film lacked a few key elements that Warrior did not.

At this point, Warrior is my all-time favorite fighting film. Move on over Rocky IV!

You should. Bale was as stellar as always and Wahlberg put on a better-than-usual performance.

I gave the film a 8.5/10

A few things held it back from becoming a classic but I still consider it one of the best fighting films ever made.

To me The Fighter wasn't really a fighting film just more of a family drama that includes fighting in it. I mean the best/interesting aspects of the movie were never the fighting scenes.

You can compare Hardy and Bale. They're playing different types of characters but you can compare to an extent.

I think so. Hardy did a fantastic job playing as Tommy. It's yet to be seen though. All things considering that MMA is a controversial sport (to say the least). Alot of people view MMA as human cockfighting.

He's a beast in warrior. His voice, his intensity, his body language. all i kept thinking was his bane will rock. his bane will rock. he is literally a guy you dont screw with in warrior. cant wait. i trust hardy. i trust nolan.

I was very impressed by his body. But all I could picture was coming on here and reading "Still not big enough to be Bane"
