Lmao @ selective reading comprehension.
Ha, I don't know why, but I've found this particular thread to be one of the worst with selective reading.....

AH AH AH AH STAYIN' ALIVE! STAYIN' ALIVE!

"Yeah, 3 buttons is a little 90's, Mr. Wayne." :oldrazz:

Nice job though buddy; I like it.

Hey, people are constantly bringing up "Nolan's vision", so perhaps Nolan needs some reading glasses...

I know some people are really against Bane being in a suit, but this is something I honestly think would work really well in this world. Does he always have to be wearing a suit? No, of course not. Certainly not while he's whooping Batman's ass, but for the rest of the time I think he'll be dressed nicely. He's not going to be wearing a wrestling unitard or Ninja clothes out in public. Think of the other LoS members at Bruce's birthday. Great work DK7!

It wouldn't at all be surprising to see Bane in a suit... what I don't expect to see is Bane in a suit with the mask on as well. Didn't Hardy even mention he would be in the film a lot without the mask? That's when he'd wear a suit.

Did I miss something? Was he against Bane wearing a suit? Was there sarcasm?

very good work dk7 , both the new ones as well as the ones you posted a few days back. Love the mask. But isn't that Joseph Gordon-Levitt's suit from Inception ? hehe.

It's the entire forum. It's filled with the dudes who just want to read what they want to read (and more than half the time, twist what you say into an extreme negative), and forget about everything else.

The funny part is, half the jackasses who do it probably wouldn't even think to so much as open their mouths when face-to-face, let alone be able to come up with their crappy, unfounded arguments with all this time on their hands to compose themselves, research stuff they acted like they knew, and add a few misspelled insults and grammatical errors.

On the other side of this coin, we have members and dwellers who actually know what they're talking about, who have creative interpretations (sometimes better even than those of the film-makers'), and who are only jackasses when it comes to ideology. And lets face it, with the latter, it's best if you are a jackass rather than a conforming wimp. But anyway, there are still great people here, stop generalizing or you'll end up looking like the same evil you seem to ostracize.

Enough talk. More about Tom's British tattooed ultra hotness.

I'm not denying there are awesome people on the board. Hell, I'm friends with a few. It's just that there's a pretty large group of the users who can't have a semi-decent conversation without flaming, trolling, blowing **** out of proportion, etc. The Batman board has become especially notorious among the regular users of other boards.

I generalized one specific group. By "entire forum" I was referencing every sub-group on SuperHero Hype. But it's incredibly hard to deny that it is damned near impossible to find a page for any topic (exaggerating, obviously- I don't need people linking other topics saying, "Nah uh!") that doesn't contain some sort of flaming, trolling, and nitpicking of every little single freakin' detail of someone's post. ****, most of those details nitpicked weren't even there to begin with.

Maybe Nolan will change things up a little bit, make Bane a Joker inspired villian and have him paint his mask on? not like the Jokers per se, but, it could be maybe interesting? lol:doh:

Am I the only one who thinks the new venom ( Flash Thompson)'s suit looks almost perfect to what a nolan's style bane would wear?

Lol...that's as bad as what I've heard on Latino Review where someone suggested they should add in a storyline for TDKR that Joker was a member of League of Shadows.

I imagine someone has already suggested this, but, considering the Talia rumors, and Oldman's comment about bringing it back to Batman Begins, I imagine we are probably going to see Bane as Ra's successor, drawing from the comics.

It would make having him as a character make a bit more sense. Bane just seemed so out of left field as a choice, and not in the usual way I expect to not expect from Nolan.

I brought that up in a different thread(the info hunters one), that they could do something like the "Legacy" storyline, but instead of Ra's and Bane being a heir, Bane could be the "prodigal leader" that Ra's thought Bruce Wayne could have been. He could also be leading the LoS alongside Talia, which have been rumored to be partners/lovers in TDKR.

That's what I believe would be a great way to associate Bane with the League and Talia. Bane could gain a leadership role, or rather as Ra's Al Ghul's Ubu, like he did in the Bane of the Demon miniseries which occurs prior to the Legacy storyline. I would love to see Nolan make it work.

After many months of searching, I have FINALLY found a picture of Bane that truly captures the look and feel of Tom Hardy. No doubt in my mind that Nolan looked at this comic panel and handpicked Hardy right at the spot. I couldn't be more certain. :wow:

I think we'll see Bane in a suit without the mask for sure. Maybe Bane will have a secret identity.

Why a suit, though? I'm not against seeing him in his civvies at all, but why would he wear formal business wear? Why not a T-shirt?

I sm not objecting to the idea, but I want to understand why some others really want to see Bane in a three piece pinstripe.
