Meh, I'm not really sure if I buy the whole "Women complain about not finding a nice guy, but always go for the *******s" theory. It's true that some women do like a challenge, hence why they go for those type of men, however, there's no reason for you to go for a young lady if you can't be who you are.
If she doesn't accept you for you, then obviously you don't need her and you're much better off in my opinion. For example, there's this girl I work with and for a while I had a crush on her, spoke to her, hung out with her, and so forth. In the grand scheme of things I thought she liked me too until she pulled out the dreaded "friends card" and went for a guy who was immature, unintelligent, unemployed, and mooched off of her.
I was hurt and I let that hurt, anger, and sadness turn me into a major prick and I took it out on anyone and everyone. I then realized that she wasn't worth it as she went behind my back talking about me saying I was irritating, a loser, and she only spoke to me because she felt sorry for me.
Know what the funny thing is though? Just recently this new girl I'm talking to now came to my job to visit me, and my co-worker that I just told you about, got pissed off because she parked right in front of her box office window, asked for me, and gave me a hug when she saw me. Keep in mind that I did not plan this whatsoever nor did I think she would park in front of the Box Office window. Needless to say she stormed right by me giving me an evil glare and didn't say a word to me.
Then in a strange turn of event SHE shows up with a guy like an hour after the girl I'm currently talking to came by to visit me. Not that I really cared it was just amusing that people can be childish at times.
