He steals everything he's in. Even elevates the likes of SUCKER PUNCH and ROBIN HOOD. Great choice! Maybe FOX does understand casting. He is tiny though. Maybe some camera tricks are in order.

I think whoever plays Storm should be a little older than Cyclops/Jean so it'll be more believable to portray a romance with Gambit.

His power set doesn't. But to reach his imposing physical stature from the comics, and his look in general, yes he sure as Hell does.

They really nail the casting in this franchise. They always get very talented people and with oscar isaac the streak continues.

For you yes. But not for GA. That's just the truth. A threatening villain is based on what he can do and how engaged in the plot he is.

There is a reason the smallest most harmless bad guy (joker) is far more impactful then just about all cbm villains.

Agreed. He also played Joseph, "father" of Jesus in THE NATIVITY STORY.

No way. Apocalypse has one of the coolest looks in all of comics, and it needs to be seen in all of it's glory onscreen. Making him into a generic human-looking guy would be incredibly lame.

Woah this Isaac announcement came out of no where didn't it? As much as I am a Marvel Zombie, I hate it when there are these supposed leaks about shortlisted actors/actresses.

Very impressed with this casting. However, it has been pointed out that Isaac also looks like Sinister...hmmm. Could this follow the likes of Anne Reynolds > Lady Deathstryke?

I THink His outfit Is Outrageous AND doesnt fit in the grounded FOX Xmen universe. But i can admit its an opinion. Also you'll save yourself a ton of grief by realizing since is this for a larger demographic (try 7 billion people) they won't cater to the one percent of one percent of one percent of Comic book fans who are interested.

armor.Which I am fine with.

Kinberg once talked about Apocalypse being a charasmic leader.So that could mean being one that has army at his disposal not just four horseman.

I would love to see APocalypse show up at major city and see him announce the days of Humanity are over now is age of Apocalypse and only the strong will survive.

It probally won't be at white house since they just trashed it In DOFP.
