They look like the X-Men. Iconic. So far Kinberg is doing exactly what I thought he would.

Thats what I was gonna say: this must be the least iconic roster of the franchise, tv and comics ever.

DOFP has my favorites, but this sure looks promising. I've never liked the clunky suits from FC, this is a major upgrade. These are going to look glorious in HQ.

Also, it took me way too long to realize that Starscream was still among us. Bless.

Those look like potentially flight/space suits.

Granted, the X-suits have pretty always been flight suits, so...

I can barely make out the details, so hardly worth judging based on that picture. Definitely could be a lot worse. We've had films where they don't wear costumes, and lots of black armor.

They're wearing blue and yellow with giant X's, and they're wearing uniforms. That's a win in my book.

There has to be a reason for the uniform look after the varied costumes at the end of APOCALYPSE. It almost looks like they're "marketing" themselves as the X-Men with their outfits. That's pretty cool.

I like the suits. It's certainly better than those black suits from Apocalypse.

I agree that they are likely space suits because STORM doesn't seem to have a cape.

We'll see. At this point I've given up on them getting Ororo's hair right.

The suits look good. They'll obviously be changed in post anyway, so I don't see any need to complain right now.

Storm's hair does look odd however.

People can also rule out the idea that they'd change Beast's look and make him CGI this time. I didn't think they'd change that, but there is a confirmation now.

Lmao. So much for teasing colorful and customized costumes at the end of Apocalypse, and eXpecting iconic 90s gas inspired costumes. Only to get matching yellow and blue costumes which are inspired by Grant Morrison's New X-Men. Good God, Fox you are consistent for not being consistent. Geez Louise.

And I see that Quicksilver really joined the X-Men, instead of being a Genoshan resident. Okay I've been waiting all this time to join Quicksilver the team just like in the comics...

exactly the problem I have with this design. this is 30 years later, and look like something from the early days 60s or 50s. It doesnt make any sense

Its a throwback to the 60s and early 2000s but the film is set in the 90s. It makes total sense.

Like Good God, why tease those colorful costumes in Apocalypse, when their costume for the neXt one is going to be completely different.... Oh wait it's been ten years, those costumes are already worn out.

Good luck for Fox plastering these matching costumes in posters, they would be so appealing.

Her worst hairstyle in a film to date! So much for hoping a 90s Tas inspired hairstyle. Girl... just let your hair down already!

I like the costumes and I think they gave Storm/Alexandra a hairstyle that Halle rocked in the early 90s, big on top and cut at the sides which was very popular back then. Hopefully Dimon will surprise us with a actual cast photo due to the leak soon.

Oh yeah! I remember those cuts. I think I'm with the people who say they're flight suits. So far throughout the movies, Storm has had a little cape so I'm inclined to believe they have different fighting costumes. But no surprise people automatically think the worst on here.
