Okay, finally say the whole episode (while not in order of scenes, I put the pieces together.) "Beast" was a very intense episode and could have been the darkest episode of Smallville since "Asylum" (Or maybe I'm exaggerating?)
Things I loved:
-The acting (Tom, Allison, Aaron, Justin and Sam were all amazing tonight!)
-Clark (Loved Clark so much in this episode! One thing I'm loving about Chloe's storyline is how it's allowing him to think on his own for once. He put all the clues together and came up with the best plan to stop Doomsday. He was the most logical character throughout and glad he stuck to his principles of not killing because that's what Superman's all about!)
-the Davis/Jimmy/Oliver scene (Davis almost pushing Jimmy's eyes out of his sockets...

and glad Jimmy step up by putting Davis in his place!)
-Dr. Hamilton (It's great having him as new ally and the actor is fine in the part)
-All the Clark/Davis scenes (So intense and their little fight in the FOS was a pretty cool prequel to real battle!)
-The special effects (The shots of Clark supercharging into the basement to slam Davis into the engine and then superspeeding off with Davis were awesome! Also the Phantom Zone portal looked just as good as it did in "Solitude")
-the Oliver and Jimmy scenes (Nice seeing Oliver giving Jimmy a job and I'm glad that drug addiction storyline is over!)
-The last scene with Clark and Chloe's phone call (Wow...just wow...after all they've been through...it's sad knowing this is how it
might end between them)
Things that annoyed the hell out of me:
-Oliver lecturing Clark...twice!...about killing Doomsday and lecturing Chloe about becoming a villain (Oliver sounded like a hypocrite, especially for someone who killed a human being out of revenge and became an alcoholic for a couple of episodes!)
-Chloe's intervention at the FOS (Yet another character who shouldn't be lecturing Clark about making the wrong choices when...they themselves...have made even worst choices! Also, why did Clark just stand there and let them go...WTF?)
Anyway, it was a great episode and definately got the ball rolling for the finale. "Injustice" already looks stunning with Tom's directing and Al Septien & Turi Meyer writing it!
