god. I LOVE THIS SHOT.

That is what I am talking about. Simply beautiful. Both Miss Adams and the shot.

I'm sure if Reeve (or Routh for some) did the exact same roar, it would have been awesome for some. :o

Actually, I was going to compare it to Reeve's scream after Lois's death in Superman: The Movie. From what we can tell in that scene, Superman seems to be flying down as fast as he can to save Lois. A little roar/scream in frustration/exertion as he pushes himself to his limits seems perfectly fine in context and not too dissimilar to the aforementioned scene in the beloved Superman: The Movie.

Plus, there's Zod with helmet and without, with cape and without (presumably)... plenty of variations.

It's good see Supes looking pissed. Like he's trying to fly as fast as he can to finish Zod once and for all.

I doubt he is flying at Zod. Most likely the Black Zero sequence we keep seeing. When he flies up the beam.

I am starting to wonder if Lois is in a helicopter or something when that sequence starts or if Zod starts his "attack" while both Clark and Lois are still in space.

Looks like Clark is wearing a KC Royals T-shirt.

Juan, Pablo and Armando (armor 1, armor 2 and black suit).
The black suit is a part of the armor. It is just like Jor-El's and Superman's. It isn't different armor, it is what he looks like when he isn't his heavy armor over the top.

I thought the roar was fine but Lois holding on to Supes is the best shot in the spot.

The colors, man, the colors... plenty of brownsih hues. But they grow on you.

Okay, that I can understand. Your original post made it sound like you thought the entire idea of the disguise to be unrealistic and unjustifiable. The criticism regarding the residents of Smallville is understandable considering the fact that we know that Clark returns there as an adult and saves a lot of people without a Superman disguise. I think, in the end, it would be fitting and consistent with the film's themes for Smallville to help keep his secret. For the reasons< I've mentioned, I really think that the Us government not knowing can be portrayed believably. In regards to Lois, as we all know, it is likely that they will do what Donner did and have her find out and perhaps even be in on the disguise from the beginning. The rest of Daily Planet can believeably be fooled. Other than Lois and maybe Jimmy/Jenny, none of them really need to have any direct contact with Superman.

Is not really believable, specially since he doesn't use glasses before starting working at the DP, so there should be photos of him without them. And even then, for how long can he fool his co-workers? He would never fool me for sure! I use glasses and people still recognize me when I'm not wearing them. :woot:

The "roar" was stupid.

:argh:

You don't like people roaring? :oldrazz:

Is not stupid in the right context, so it should be fine.

Mother of god. No more footage for me from now on. As for now, this is my most anticipated movie of all time. From all the footage seen, i cant see what can go wrong?

I thought the roar was fine but Lois holding on to Supes is the best shot in the spot.

I love the fact that both shots are completely practical closeups of Supes flying. No CGI doubles or capes. Unlike Singer, Snyder does seem to know when to use visual effects and when to do something the old fashioned way.

I roar all the time when doing push-ups...

Looks like Superman has to exert himself when using his powers. It's not going to be all easy for him. He's pushing himself. Testing his limits like Jor-El said.

I made these two avatars too big at first, here is the two of them right for size.
