You seem to be okay with Affleck being Batman. Beyond that they have Cavill as Superman, (had) Shannon as Zod, Adams as Lois, Crowe as Jor-El, etc. How can you not have faith in their casting now?

i know it's not the same universe, but the DC movie before MOS had some **** choices. Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively... terrible

I'm not really convinced of the order, but I do think those are the movies we will be getting in the next decade. Of course, WB is keeping their options open depending on how the box office goes, what scripts are ready, and how the public responds to individual characters. Supergirl is the one I'm least convinced about getting a solo movie, but I do think she'll appear. IMHO the empty pod in MOS is somewhat of a Chekhov's gun.

Honestly... Nope.

I guarantee you 7 out of 8 people you ask on the street wouldn't know what the Justice League is.

100% of people would just have to hear Batman vs Superman and they'd be like 'hell yes!'.

This movie is just as big if not bigger and more important that an entire JL ensemble.

I agree with this. At this point, audiences are more excited about Batman vs Superman, but this is the perfect chance to build anticipation for JL, and they have the chance to make JL way more important than BvS if they do it right

Maybe we can just settle on the directors that they choose? I really like who Snyder and even Nolan had cast for their movies.

They also had Mark Strong, Peter Stellen Skarsgard, Geoffrey Rush, Django Fett, Michael Clarke Duncan, Angela Bassett, etc... Green Lantern had a pretty good cast, actually.

How can you list Peter Sarsgaard? He was easily one of the worst parts of the movie, he was laughably bad in it. Him and Angela Basset are normally good actors, but they were both terrible. Everyone else was fine

I don't think Sarsgaard was the problem. I think the problem was the way his character was written and that horrible makeup job they did on him. Even when he was "normal" Hector, he still looked too ridiculous.

It was a terrible cast. Even if an actor is good, it doesn't mean theyre properly cast for a role. Skarsgard? Absolutely awful. Even if the writing and makeup was horrible, I still thought he was really bad in it.

Theyre not going to wait until 2020 to do jl lol.

They might have to if Affleck and the studio feel it's a better idea to not only build it more but to bank on an Affleck directed Batman movie for 2017. Then we'll be seeing the Justice League movie in 2019 maybe even 2020.

Rumor is Zach Snyder will do justice league and Ben affleck will get the next solo batman film.

If the lov eintrest n BvS Is suspose to be one who takes part in action I don't know who it could be since i doudt Catwoman or Talia are being used in first batman related film after the dark Knight rises.

100 percent? Not a chance. It was the majority of the problem. But the casting wasn't too great. Reynolds was an OK casting choice but there were better choices. There were only like 1 or 2 actors that I felt fit the roles like a glove.

While I agree there could of been better players for the part, there was no single actor who decided that Hal should be preaching to a group of Aliens who have been the worlds protectors for as long as the Earth is old.

The dialog, there was nothing remotely salvageable by any actor or actresses. It was doomed the moment that script was signed off on and the director thought it was somehting he could make work.

Peter Sarsgaard of Green Lantern? (Stellan Skarsgård is from Thor) He was the single worst thing in the history of comic book movies. Utterly embarrassing. If that was the epitome of all CBM's I would never sit down and watch a movie in that genre ever again. Thankfully that's not the case.

It was never stated that she would be fighting with Batman or anyone. It was just stated that she will be a love interest.

Without Nolan guiding Snyder I fear it will turn into the the third act of Man Of Steel.

All Snyder does good is action, with story and character I don't think he does that well with. I hope Affleck will help guide him.

Affleck will be the only thing saving them in the writing and directing department which is a funny twist, since as an actor he could be the guy who makes them or breaks them.
