one day maybe..

Movies I want to watch:

Marvel vs Capcom , Mega Man would kick Iron Man's ass, also, Chun-Li v Melinda May.
Batman vs Predator, just because.
Superman vs Freddy Kruger... would annoy the Donner fanboys.
A Mr. Mxyzptlk movie done well.

Snow-flame needs a movie come on Warner.. who gained super powers by doing cocaine.

Rocksteady is making a Superman or JLA game...I can feel it in my bones.

And stuff. You missed that bit. :argh:

I'd like to see a spy/Splinter Cell type game from the Steady Rockers. In contrast to their 'no kill policy' Batman mechanic.

What about a Captain America game? that'd be pretty cool.

The difficult thing about a Superman game is presenting a credible challenge to a nigh invulnerable protagonist.

There's only been 2 good Superman games made to date. The Atari Superman and the SNES Death and Return of Superman game.

I think it would work if if you played up the intergalactic elements. Set the early part of the game on Earth where all the enemies are easy and the challenge is presented by protecting others rather than worrying about damage. Sure you'll have a regenerating health bar, but virtually nothing on Earth will be able to make it deplete completely.

Then the second part of the game takes you to another solar system, which doesn't have a yellow sun. Superman's powers are lessened here and the enemies are actually a threat. On this planet Superman discovers a plot involving Darkseid.

Then the game progresses to Apokolips where Darkseid is planning an invasion of Earth. Once again your powers aren't at full strength, but you can still fight Darkseid's minions.

Then the last hour of the game takes place on Earth during the Apokalips invasion. Superman has his full power back from the sun, but Darkseid has unleashed the full force of his army as well as releasing Doomsday from his prison forcing a full powered Superman to fight villains who actually test his limits.

If hulk or the darkness can get good games no excused for superman ..

Many have believed that a Superman video game would be incredibly hard thing to do because he is " too powerful" ( which is a load of balony.....unless we use SA Superman), but if you think it's too hard...why not just use Superman with his GA power set. It seems like a good fit for game mechanics. Powerful, but not invincible, he can be hurt relatively easily. His super senses can work as the same way we saw Batman using his gadgets in AA and AC. IDK, just have some innovation, who says that it has to take place on Earth?
