Plus, I want this to succeed both financially AND critically. I don't expect acclaim, but something that is enjoyable with flaws that can only be found by the nitpickers.

Zack Snyder: ''I haven't shoot any Wonder Woman footage with Gal yet''

Internet dude #32: ''They'll show Wonder Woman footage at SDCC!!''

The internet: ''Sounds legit!''

Opinions. :o It will still make TEH money, honey.
Avengers 2 will clearly make a lot of money, i don't think what I'm saying is an opinion though.

The general comic book fan is way more eager to discuss this film than any of the others on this forum. This is demonstrated by the amount of posts here..

there's so much traffic on this section. no joke, like 10x more than every other section. everyone is buzzing about this movie. with all the other Marvel movies in production, there's a "been there done that" feeling so people don't really discuss those movies. People will still see The Avengers 2 and Cap 3, but the lack of discussion from fanboys leading up to the film is telling...

The anticipation for BvS is ridiculous. Everyone is going to go see this movie. I can't wait to see how much this thing makes

My reaction to any information from El Mayimbe:

It is pretty crazy how many people are active on these boards. We're on part 73 of the main thread (this) alone and the movie doesn't come out until 2016.

We're like wanderers in the dessert trying to make it to the Holy Land. Some of us will not survive the trek.

That wasn't aimed at you it was for Sawyer. People just posted before I did.

Again that only plays a part in it. I think there's still a part that just wants to see this film crash and burn or actually work.

Eh Maybe has NOTHING!!! NOTHING TO SCOOP US WITH!!! NOTHING TO GIVE US WITH ALL HIS STRENGTH!!!!!!!

WA HAHAHAHAHEHEHEHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Just from my perspective, I'm here because I care more about these characters than any others. I'm not the most active poster, but I care about Superman/Batman news. I never go to the Avengers, Transformers or Star Trek boards because they aren't really of interest to me. It's not a knock on them, but I like to read and discuss what I enjoy.

Just the slight bit of news for this has been ridiculous. Everything becomes a headline. I never thought I would see articles about a commercial (Gal clothing commercial made headlines) Oh lawd. This will have every audience demographic on lock down.

Just read this entire thread from the start to end and I gotta say...this was VERY entertaining. Seeing panic and meltdowns among the posters. This entire "Fake Scripts" saga has been very entertaining to observe and now it has come to a close...for now. :halo:

I have a question. Now I support Ben as Batman and love him playing Batman but has anyone hear read Gone Girl? The trailers look good but is it just me or does Ben look a little stiff. Maybe that's how his character in the book is written but I'm just wondering.

Uh yeah, it can easily go either way with this film. There are people who are legitimately excited, people who want to see it crash and burn, people who are curious to see WB attempt a DCCU, and people who love Batman and Superman. And many more combinations.

We know TA2 will either be good or great with an unlikely chance of it being horrible.

I highly doubt I am going to like Avengers 2. So you are saying I should be in that section all day?

If @SonofArrogance really wrote that #BatmanvsSuperman script in 5 days then every lit agent and manager I know should be trying to sign him

Alter has a point. :o

:hehe:

Seriously though, I don't doubt Snyder hasn't shot any footage of Gal as Wonder Woman yet, but that doesn't mean he hasn't shot anything of Gal yet. I'm still expecting a big reveal that involved the first official reveal of her in the costume.

I'm with you dude. Batman, Superman and Dick Grayson are where it's at. Those three are my trinity. They're my 3 favorite fictional characters

i like other heroes, but not much else can compare to Batman and Superman

I'm sorry but, Batman&Superman>Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Hawkeye, Thor, Black Widow, Nick Fury, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch

quality over quantity, and Batman & Superman are the best characters. The Avengers 2 could have 20 heroes and it still wouldn't compare to BvS

He's been trying to do damage control...
:lmao::funny:
Now we know who started the Kevin Smith rumours.
Anyways, congrats to the kid. Awesome prank.
He didn't write the one people liked best though...

And how do I know?

BECAUSE IT WAS ME!!!

I'M THE MASKED SCRIPT TAMPERER!!!!! :D :awesome:

There will always be nitpickers. Nothing will stop that. A critically acclaimed movie doesn't mean anything either. Look at SR.

Before the movie finally comes out we will get about 10 more fake script leaks, I think at least 20-25 different people saying "I just saw a rough cut of the movie" on different forums, and god only knows how many more rumors and reveals.

Right now, all I am hoping for is some kind of a reveal for DC on film at SDCC. Anything will do.

I highly doubt I am going to like Avengers 2. So you are saying I should be in that section all day?

Not at all. I said many are going to know what to expect unlike here.

I read the book awhile back and, Ben's character was always suppose to be cocky but boring. He seems just how I picture him.

Ok was just wondering because he looked very unemotional, stiff, boring, and stuff like that and I was wondering if it's Ben who is doing that or how his character is in the book.

That won't dissuade my desire. If it takes a nitpicker to tear it apart instead of some obvious flaws (Goyer's dialogue in some scenes *cough*dicksplash*cough*), then good, great even.

Reading the first 10 pages last night, it's as if Gillian Flynn wrote the book with Ben Affleck in mind.
