After seeing Noah i'd love to see Aronofsky do a Lucifer film. Or Fables. Or even The Sandman.

The article is basically "everything Warner Brothers is doing is wrong and they should be like Marvel".
just more click bait nonsense.
I'll judge the cinematic universe when we start seeing the actual movies.
just so he can write his followup article: "WB proving they can't succeed without copying Marvel!"
I'd prefer WB focus on making great, memorable films that I'd actually like to own and watch repeatedly.
I couldn't tell you how many movies I bought that have been collecting dust on the shelf for years. I need to get better at managing money.
I've enjoyed a lot of superhero films over the years but the only ones I ever find myself rewatching are The Avengers, Captain America: TFA, X-Men 1,2, First Class, the first 3 Spidey movies, all the Batman movies, the first two Superman movies and MOS.I'd prefer WB focus on making great, memorable films that I'd actually like to own and watch repeatedly.
I couldn't tell you how many movies I've bought that have been collecting dust on the shelf for years. Hell, The Amazing Spider-Man is still in its wrapping. I need to get better at managing money.

A recent article I read at IGN elucidated something important. DC doesn't need to look at anywhere else for inspiration on their shared universe more than themselves.
DC has produced so many great things in other forms of media. From animated shows/movies, broadcast television, video games, comic books - you name it. All they have to do is be confident enough with their properties in order hit it big with the DCCU.
Really, a shared universe isn't worth a damn if the films are so generic and cookie-cutter that you can't be bothered to watch them more than once.
I'd take one great Justice League film over a myriad of serviceable solo films all day every day.
