Film and TV universes aren't connected (thank Zod) so he still can use him.

Well, Del Toro did state that he wouldn't mind using Matt Ryan's version of Constantine for JL Dark, if allowed and if he fit his vision.

things i've learned on these boards over the last year:

1) superman is a mass murderer, except for the fact that you can only place one death squarely in his hands.
2) superman never smiles, except for when he does.
3) the flash and green lantern will not appear in justice league because they haven't been cast yet (for a movie that is at least three years away).
4) it is thought (by many) that wb has no idea what they are doing.
5) every negative rumor about the movie is true, while every positive rumor is just "the filmmakers saying the right things."
6) gal gadot is too skinny to play wonder woman, except for the fact that she is, at this very moment, playing wonder woman.
7) ben affleck will never get in shape to play batman, per several armchair trainers.
8) el maybe broke this months ago.

I've bitterly learned to accept the fact that I should not look forward to a GDT film until he actually sitting behind a camera yelling "action."

Otherwise, you can throw the project on the mountainous pile of other projects he is attached to direct.

I think the are filming back to back...or as close to back to back as possible. Might be a break for the Holidays since they are due to finish filming BvS in December or late Jan 2015 and spring and start back up in March-May 2015?

Yes. I hear this. From what I gather...a JL treatment was already in place and Terrio has already started to work on script for JL.

Who knows what is accurate though.
