I stopped watching Arrow, but could stare at Felicity all day. Goddamn.
The Z-Man's response will be:
A. Totally unconnected to anything you actually wrote and somehow segue into something about toy tie-ins or be another dig at WB and/or MOS.
B. A mini-tirade about how because the costume is not exactly like the comic book that it's too much of a deviation from the source. He will then, two posts later talk about how the Flash has to be an alien if he has super powers. This will make his statement about how things should be like the comics appear strange to say the least.
C. An inane recounting of how movie studios create films to make money and how they hope to capitalize on current trends to do so, but he'll word it as though somehow this is the first time anyone has thought of this obvious line of thinking.

Arrow had a good if uneven season one but season two showed much improvement.
Oh... So you CAN actually respond to the content of a post and NOT just use it as a spring board to totally unconnected topics you feel the need to pontificate on? When did you learn this trick? It's a skill you should have put into practice earlier.

I'm one of Arrow's biggest supporters and even i can admit that season 1 was pretty rough and slow at first. S2 was amazing though right from the beginning. There were some filler episodes but overall it was amazing. a must watch for any DC fan.Arrow had a good if uneven season one but season two showed much improvement.
Maybe next time he won't bother because even when he does reply in a way you think is acceptable, you give him sh**.

Very good post Eggyman. I think that posters that lie about their connection to the film industry and go on about how they hear so much on "social media" without ever backing those assertions up with anything, who when challenged simply say that "You can look it up on the internet" without giving any specifics and do it all in the manner of Data from TNG as programmed by a 6 year old girl should be rallied around in defense no matter how untrue, obtuse and inane their posts are.

Thanks for the approval. I've been waiting for it.
I wasn't giving it. Nor am I looking for a fight with you brother man. But the Professor Z has been pulling something from the start and covering it with his Gary Stu act from day one. He was pimping his supposed connections to the industry pretty hard when he first showed up here (which was around the time when ANOTHER forum had a "purge" of sorts. Hmm...) but he soon found that myself and others weren't going to swallow that bovine waste so easily and so he stopped with hinting that he knew "scoops" of things to come. From there on in, yes, things deteriorated. Point blank... I think that not only is the guy/girl an obtuse poster that's kinda weird (that's not actually a crime around here, else we'd all be banned) BUT that on top of all that, he's a liar, and he LIES about things often to stir things up (when he's not stirring things up in general without untruths).
Call me crazy, but, yeah, how about calling out THAT kind of behavior?
I'm all for calling out posts you disagree with. Like I did with yours. Thing is, you were replying to a post that was not a bad one. He's still here and will be until he crosses the line. We have to get along to some degree. Replying to all of his posts, good and bad, with negativity is not going to help the situation. Why would the he ever bother making the effort if he gets sh** for posts you find acceptable?
Other than that, I've not been following this romance and replied to the situation as it was presented on the page. That was you being an arse to a reasonable post. I take things at face value. And I will continue to do so.

Season Two (Arrow) has really shown a lot of improvement over the first season; without a doubt its one of the finest seasons yet produced for any superhero television series.
I keep replaying the fight scene between Supes and Bats in my head, I know Snyder will blow us away during that sequence. DAMN.
Sexy feelings!
I dont think Goyer is out of the picture completely (he is still involved with BvS after all) but I do think its great Affleck brought in Terrio to look over the script, and change it. No doubt it needed improvement.
As I've stated before. That's my one real concern with the film. I really don't get all the Goyer hate while other writers just seem to get a pass for worse stuff.
I actually hope for continued Goyer involvement and the things I've read support that. Yay!
Goyer's involvement should go as far as story contribution and pulling ideas from comics. That's what he's best at. A lot of the ideas from TDKT came from him, especially how Scarecrow turned out. Nolan's original take had Jonathan Crane without a mask.
Creating the screenplay should go to someone else though.
