I want to laugh, still not laughing

When was the last time that someone got recasted in a big role?
Alec Baldwin is in this.

You must be high AF, but whatever helps you sleep at night I guess. I'm stoked about this movie. Batman is my all time fav. & his new ride looks badass, but the lex casting is just awful :\ When he tries to act serious he seems so dull & bland imo.. They could have found someone a bit more intimidating. I guess they can always recast later if needed![]()

Katie Homes/Maggie Gyllenhaal
Also Val Kilmer/George Clooney
A lot of us aren't expecting the Lex in that pic. We're expecting a modern, more calculating and sociopathic version to counter the brute power and relatability of Superman.
According to Wikipedia if you trust it:
"On June 13, 2014 Warner Bros. announced that Alec Baldwin has been cast to play Commissioner David Corporon in the upcoming film due out May 6, 2016"
That's kinda neat. I had to Google who the character was, but still.
I bet you're one of those "could of, would of, should of" hooligans.

The source given by the Wikipedia page is IMDB so I wouldn't give that much weight to it.
When it comes to Eisenberg as Luthor its a bit of a wildcard. Much the same as Gadot as Wonder Woman.
I though it was early to mid 40's (43-45?) Either way, definitely not 50, and none of this Urban Legend for over 30 years garbage.
Not gonna happen. Marvel snatched him when he was young and naive. He's stuck with Thor movies.
I tend to think that Snyder would not have cast either one of those if he thought in the slightest they couldn't handle it.
The real verdict will come when the movie is released in 2016 and the audience gets to decide.
I thought that MoS was a black-and-white film.
Maybe Jax-Ur would have blown up are moon too.
Touché.
Oh, Billy Dee/Tommy Lee...Jones
I hope the color is more on point this time in BvS and that the movie shelves its darker gloomier style for brighter colors.

For laughs, a refresher of a complaint from a few months ago, this comparison was circulated to show that Marvel films have "more colours" than WB/DC films:
