So The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Winter Soldier, Thor, TDW and Avengers were all movies about irresponsible playboys learning responsibility huh :o

Take out the sequels, and yes, pretty much.

Thor was a perfect example of how you can completely change the aesthetic of the Marvel Formula but at the end of the day it is still totally the Marvel Formula.

wb dont give a sh.... for DC properties for years its clear, and only now because Marvel success they want do a DCCU.

This is not entirely true...WB has been trying for years to get a DCCU going but having unforeseen events stop them.

Back in 2001 Batman v Superman was pitched and was green lit...which is why we see the poster for the movie in I am Legend. However it was cancelled to focus on separate Batman and Superman films....Superman Returns and Batman Begins.

Tony died in IM1 kind of. Cap also kind of died in Cap 1. Hulk almost died in Incredible Hulk.

The MCU happened BEFORE THE DISNEY DEAL!!!

Marvel had the films rights to the characters and went to Paramount to do the MCU AS PARTNERS! Paramount never owned these characters rights (except maybe Hulk).

Paramount never owned hulk, it was universal. Then after marvel got the rights back universal had helped with distribution, hence why TIH has a marvel studios introduction and a universal one.

Oh. I knew there were always problems with Incredible Hulk for some reason.

LOL, I love the Marvel movies but that summary thing is so true. Did the X-Men movies even bother to explain how Xavier came back to life after X-Men 3?

The Fandango Halloween costume survey results are in. Groot tops the costumes for men followed by Olaf and Ninja Turtles, Maleficent tops for women from current movies.

Wonder Woman tops for women and Batman for men from upcoming movies.

These 2 scenes are all the explanation we get. The summary: because... reasons.

Also requesting a TDKR opening scene action figure pack that consists of:

Bane, CIA, Dr. Pavel, Masketta Man, and Wreckage Brother.

And most important of all:

A special "Hothead" edition Robin Blake action figure.

There was one scene in X-Men 3 where he was giving his class a lecture about telepathically putting the mind of one person into a coma patient. There was later a post credit scene that shows that same coma patient waking up and the nurse looked surprised and said "Charles?". It was weird how Xavier was giving a lecture on doing something that only telepaths could do. Also just because Xavier possessed some dude it made him paraplegic and look just like Xavier.

I can't choose!
In terms of just the teams, I would argue JL cause there are no restrictions on the major heroes we can see together :D

In terms of movie franchises, there is a certain formula Avengers will abide to. JL has a lot of unknowns and is farther away. I'm still more excited cause Superman, Batman, Flash, GL, WW are much more interesting characters to me than the Avenger counterparts :o

so we should start taking bets on who appears to die but doesn't in Avengers 2

Deaths are pointless if the guys don't stay dead. They just take away from when you do a real death later as you'll have cried wolf one too many times.
