Maybe it wasn't all that funny, but yes it WAS a joke.

They should stay away from Doomsday for this movie.. the last movie was heavily criticized for having relentless action and thin plot, this time a better story is needed and over the top villain that is unstoppable (like Hulk) not really a great idea.
But, if BvS movie is looking to score even lower RT score the MOS, then..... I will say why not ?
I know the reasons Legendary left (creative clashes, et al), but it's going to be a bit odd not seeing their logo on this film compared to MOS.
BvS may turn out to be an odd movie for many reasons. Remember when people were convinced the anti-Superman theme wasnt going to feature in the movie? Based on the new pictures we know that will play a role. So what other leaks/speculation is right? Will Diana Prince be working for Luthor? What about Superman? Does he really die/go into exile? What of Bruce Wayne? It was speculated he and Diana have a relationship in the movie. Will any of the other leaks turn out to be accurate?
I'm somehow not worried about any of those other rumors. might have to do with the 95% chance that they're all pure BS.
Well we know there is going to be an-anti Superman theme with people marching with signs. It was speculated that would happen, and that the anti-Superman theme would be very strong in BvS. I wonder how people who loved MOS, yet felt the criticisms were unwarranted will feel about that? Just how strongly is Snyder and Terrio going to carry that theme in the movie?
The anti-Superman protests were confirmed on day 2 of filming. It isn't as if it was a major rumor anyone put out, the Superman statue was defaced by protestors on the 2nd day of filming. I don't think anyone here disputed that happening.
Everything else you listed is from the fake script which we have heard no basis for anywhere else. And irrespective of how much we think we know, we don't really know much at all. Saying that there is a strong anti-Superman theme in BvS is completely your speculation. They have shot (what we know of) 2 days of people protesting Superman. That may or may not be a "strong" anti-Superman theme.
I liked JL:War even with the poor characterization of half the heroes. If they can change that in Throne of Atlantis and keep improving the action it has everything to be a great film.
Yeah, he does.Aren't we forgetting someone who definitely needs to be in Lego form?

Timm deserves it, so does Dini, even if he's at Marvel now.I'm not saying I disagree but I think he's at Marvel currently.
Timm has still be at DC longer then Johns. Timm deserves it.
Judging from the trailer, Throne of Atlantis looks to be much of the same as Justice League War. The voice direction lately has been pretty bad, and some of the designs just look horrible (WW in particular has been reduced to a romance with Superman.) As for the jokes in the trailer, once more they fall flat. Its kind of sad that the new DC animated movies are only a pale imitation of the greatness they once had.
Uhh you could not be more wrong about Wonder Woman. She was the primary attacker in the fight against Darkseid (she stabbed him in the eye blinding it) and as far as I know the DTVs havent covered their romance. So how is it she has been reduced to his romantic interest if they havent started dating yet? because she thought he was strong?
I think the DTVs have been pretty decent. Not great, but most of them arent going back to the beginning. Outside of the Superman/Batman movie they all have flaws. (so does that one... really hate Batgod flipping Superman like he is Common Thug #2 but that is another argument)

How should we feel about it ? Bad ? That Snyder and Terrio "caved" to all the hatred and are now "fixing" MoS through BvS ?
I for one don't think this anti-Superman movement has anything to do with criticisms of MoS. Instead it just seems like a natural progression of the story and an interesting path to go down.
Yes, there was a lot of death and destruction in Metropolis, and yes I expected it to have repercussions in the sequel. Haha, I doubt protesters will have banners saying "Clark how could you let your father get sucked up by a tornado" So the criticism HAS to be about Metropolis.
Talking about the comics, the SMWW romance began pretty well in their own book. The first 6 issues told a great story with memorable moments for both character (although some people would say it was Superman centered). Alas, after that Wonder Woman was utterly sidelined and served little purpose in the Doomed event, which took several issues of their book. If you ask me, DC should have allowed Azzarello tell his story with Wonder Woman, which would probably involve a romance with Orion. And that's a couple I think could be awesome.
About War, Wonder Woman was the spearhead in the battle against Darkseid but she didn't had much personality. She just beat stuff up in an awesome fashion. And that was ok for me, I don't expect much more than that.
We need a new interview with Goyer to see how he really feels.
