I want Del Toro to do a DC film so bad. I would show up for the midnight release of it.

He would do amazing on Batman or Wonder Woman or Flash or Green Lantern or Justice League (IMO, I rather have del Toro then Snyder).

I really want him to do JL: Dark. He's line up for it has me more interested then the possibile JL line up. John, Zatanna, Deadman, Swamp Thing, Etrigan. ****ing Etrigan!!!! Hopefully somehow he gets Frankenstein. Loving Frank. Maybe for a sequel.

What'd you think of Pacific Rim? I thought it was the worst movie I saw that year, and the worst massive budget film I've ever seen.

That being said, I really really want JL Dark to happen. It sounds like a match made in heaven. But there are a number of different DC characters that deserve their own movie before i think a JL Dark film should happen. Flash, GL, Aquaman, Wonder Woman

A lot of the ground that would be covered by GDT's Justice League Dark will be covered on Constantine. I'm pretty sure we're going to see Zatanna, Deadman, Swamp Thing and Etrigan on Constantine eventually, and that'll be awesome, but not as awesome as a GDT movie would be.

EDIT: Didn't realize how negative this sounds. GDT is the man, one of the best visual directors EVER, we'd be incredibly lucky to get a GDT DC film.

I still wish we could've seen his Hobbit film

I liked Pacific Rim for what it was. Giant monsters fighting giant robots. It wasn't like Godzilla where that showcased one actor everyone loves who is in it about as long as he is in the trailers.

I don't know, were they? And who did the JL faced first then?

Anyway, my point was that although the villains you mentioned seem more obvious choices for a JL film, I don't think they are the only choices. I wouldn't mind something different as long as it's good.

Plus, what makes you, or anyone else for that matter, think he has enough control to tell Snyder who he can and can't use in JLA? Hell, he might not be involved in the JLA writing process at all if Terrio returns.
