Not too happy about Cap 3 being Civil War as I really hate that story line.

Are they going to be filming into next year, or will it wrap up by the end of December?

What is the main casts schedule after the main shoot is over? What is the availability of say Cavill and Ben for re-shoots, ect?

I'm used to Superheroes I like sequels being taken over by more popular billionare Superheroes.

Ben starts filming Live By Night in July and has a small acting gig for a thriller in March (which shouldn't take long at all). Cavill may have "The Great Wall" but that project seems to fall apart every time they come close to filming.

Same. The Russo Bros. are back so that gives me faith, but I really dislike Civil War. A LOT. :/

And RDJ is getting 40M plus backend for the movie. I am sure he isn't crying over The Judge flopping last weekend. He is making bank, probably will end up with over 60-70M all said and done.

Considering that Iron Man 3 is one of the biggest movies of all time, the huge pay day makes a lot of sense. Makes me ponder who will come out on top CA3 or BvS? Since both are going the team-up route with some of the biggest names they have.

Is it going to be an in name only thing? Like Age of Ultron? Still, a conflict of some kind between MCU Stark and Cap could be cool to see in a Cap solo film. It certainly will quiet the usual "Where was everybody else during hero X's solo film?" complaints.

The reports I've seen said December unless the filming slate changes and they need to reshoot some things.

Mid November-early December IIRC.

When it comes to reshoots I would think Cavill's schedule is pretty open since he doesnt get a lot of work. He has that upcoming Man from Uncle in 2015 though.

Civil War in the MCU will be nothing like the comics. It will be IM v Cap but a storyline fit for the MCU.

Same as BvS is TDKR expect its going to essentially be the TDKR that fits in this universe.

I could get on board with a missing body. I could see Batman revealing that he has it to another hero at the end of Justice League. Or maybe Lex gets it and brainwashes Supes, making him the enemy for another movie?

Alot of Superman fans I have talked with dont like the idea of Superman being manipulated (even through magic) so I think if they do something along those lines it would have to be handled delicately.

I'm going to have to read up on Civil War but I agree about the news. I was really thrilled with CA2, much more than say other recent superhero movies.
