Apparently the Original cut was 3hrs BUT they only truly cut one scene and the rest of the cuts were just shorting of the scenes that were already in the movie. I wouldn't call theses massive cuts.

By the way, that’s what we found. It was kind of the perfect length for the film. We only cut one entire scene, and we trimmed down scenes. So we only lost one scene in its entirety and it wasn’t due to length it was due to that it didn’t feel like it fit in with the rest of what we were doing. It felt a little off.

I almost missed out on getting autographs from Snyder and Capullo today at Comicon, but they were both kind enough to stay after the official signings were done. Really cool guys.

The Batman costume display as well as the TDKR statue were also very awesome to see up close.

They signed Court of Owls and Death of The Family. I wanted to get more signatures but some of the people either weren't there or had temporarily stepped out of their section . I didn't have the patience to wait lol. I also saw Peter Tomasi, Ivan Reis, and Joe Prado. To say the least, today was a very thrilling experience!
