I said at the end that that was basically irrelevant either way. But I see no reason to actually believe that she actually would. But even if she would in Oliver's misogynist fantasy land, it doesn't make it the character. It makes me wonder what the writers think a love letter is if this is what they call one.

Her last words to him before she died were that she loved him. Her loving him is in character. I don't know where you are going calling Oliver a misogynist, but I am probably better off not knowing or touching that. Regarding the love letter, we should wait and see. Most things have been done well so far this season, so I have good reason to assume it will be a strong episode ATM.

I'm guessing that at the end of the Flash part or the beginning of the Arrow part of the crossover, the Dominators got to Oliver.

I would say that that was ooc. Have a very great day!

God bless you all!

So anything you dont like is out of character? Good to know theres no point in continuing this conversation

Yeah, that's how every conversation with batsfan goes. He says "sorry, you're wrong" as if it's fact and won't respond to rebuttals, just stating his opinion over and over again is the essence of his argument.

Caved in and caught up with the whole season. I've heard good things and it wasn't lies. Haven't enjoyed the show this much since season two.

Mr Terrific is totally pointless - He should be called Mr Pathetic
poor actor, poor hero, stupid face paint. MEH

The way things are doesn't change with opinions. In fiction, it's based on what happens in canon.

No, anything that the character herself said was over and is only there to belittle the character into a pathetic moonyeyed pining tween.

If Roulette were to meet Mr. Terrific, she would deem him unworthy of her ancestor's legacy.

If her appearances go over well with the audience, they may bring her back full time IMO. It would be in their best interest to do so.

She's my favorite character among all the Arrow cast. And she's been dead for a year!:drl:

I can act and call myself Laurel, but I'm not. And no, I don't think they'll have her act like the character, which considering she's marrying Oliver, is seeming like a safe bet. But even if she is, she's still a figment of Oliver's imagination and that makes her not the character.

Why would she not be playing her character? Who else would she be playing? Even if she is just Oliver's imagination, he's going to be imagining her as she was, including what she told him in the hospital.

Unless you're meaning that it is not her because now in canon she is dead and gone, and so an imaginary character is thus not the real character...

What I expect is that she's going be all loving and committed while Oliver is doubting and hesitant. As always.

Amell said a new characters story will be explored through flashbacks. I wonder is he referring to Prometheus, Vigilante, or one of the new recruits (most likely Artemis ATM).

The green touch in the costumes of Stephen Amell shows he's a peace lover and he can do whatever he do best.

Echo revealed that it takes them 3hrs to braid his hair for his Mister Terrific look, seems kind of ridiculous.

Imagine if Echo had been on the Flash instead and was playing Reverb. :o

Remember no new episodes of Arrow and Legends due to Thanksgiving!!

All that work and they don't even use him much, he just stands there most of the time, they should bring in the T-spheres and use his smarts already.

What???? :huh::huh:

That is silly. We have no idea how things have worked out in this alternate world. He may have made it up to her like he did in their own universe and redeemed himself, with her forgiving him and falling in love with him again. Also, when did Oliver belittle Laurel? Oliver messed up in his early days and was a stupid idiot for cheating on her, but you make it sound like he intentionally set out to hurt her. He didn't.

Don't bother. As said, Batsfan is a black-and-white person who thinks his opinion is the law and won't be convinced otherwise. If he thinks Oliver is misogynistic or belittles Lau you will not convince him otherwise, and it would be a much more enjoyable thread without trying to argue with him, because it gets repetitive.

Oliver marries the woman he cheated on more than once with no qualms, belittled and emotionally abused. Have a very great day!

God bless you all!

That happens all the time in the real world. People break up, they get back together. Remember that this is 10 years after the Queen's Gambit set sail, now. A lot of stuff can happen in that time.

Perhaps they broke up after Laurel realized he was cheating. Maybe that caused him to really look inward and evaluate his life, and change. This is Oliver's perfect world in his mind, and the way he hurt Laurel is something he's hated about himself for a long time. It stands to reason that in his perfect world, that would have never happened.

Quick! We only need Barry to ***** the timeline once again for this to be a reaily. C'mon Barry, you know you want it too. Travel back again. You didn't ever have a puppy some drunk tragically took away from you in the past?

Jokes aside. I really love this picture and Cassidy's expression seems somehow very powerful.

He belittled her in seasons 3 and 2. He did set out to hurt her. Otherwise he wouldn't have purposely happily done what he did. He never made it up to her in the real universe, because humans can't make up for any bad thing that they've done on their own. I don't care if Laurel forgave him. Just because I defend the character doesn't mean that I'm a fan of her or follow her lead.

Life is black and white. But I never stated that Oliver was misogynist and it's canon that he did belittle her.
