Why does it feel like Dinah is the least developed character this season? I wouldnt really even miss her if she got bumped down to guest character next season since thus far she is the weakest link.

True.

It seems like she's hardly used.

I'm pretty sure I voiced similar concerns elsewhere. They really need some inspiration with her character.

Cue: Enter Ted "Wildcat" Grant?

You know, I always saw Wildcat as a possible Bruce Campbell role. If they could afford him.

I really hope they don't kill anyone off.(though,I'm guessing Dinah's mom has a huge target on her head.)

I have to admit, much as I like the actor who plays Walter,I don't really miss him.If he gets bumped in the final,it would probably not bother me.

Since Felicity Smoak, Roy Harper, and Slade Wilson will be series regulars for the 2nd season, I can see Moira Queen, Detective Lance, and Malcolm Merlyn being the ones to go as they relate to the main three of Oliver, Dinah Laurel, and Tommy.

I'm hoping his mother and sister stay alive for at least a little while. If they die, Ollie would only be hiding his secret from Laurel (and she'll obviously know once she starts fighting crime in a costume) and her dad.

Barrowman's not part of the main cast, though. I doubt more leads would mean he needs to get killed off.

An angry resident of The Glades who calls himself “The Savior” (guest star Christopher Redman) embarks on a kidnapping and killing spree to punish those he believes have wronged the residents of his neighborhood. To make things worse, he broadcasts these murders online and claims he was inspired by Arrow’s (Stephen Amell) vigilantism. Oliver is horrified by this statement and vows to stop “The Savior,” but his manhunt in intensified after Thea (Willa Holland) comes to him in tears and tells him Roy (guest star Colton Haynes) has been kidnapped. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is surprised when her father (Paul Blackthorne) starts to believe her mother’s (guest star Alex Kingston) claim that Sara is still alive. Meanwhile, Malcom (John Barrowman) tells Moira (Susanna Thompson) to find the person responsible for his attempted murder.

Attract Thea to the Glades; causing the local one-percenter population to double from just Oliver to Oliver and Thea. :D

That Parkour stuff Roy did seemed unnecessary. Huntress is crazy as ****. She honestly needs killing. Ollie should off that *****. Good episode. The island stuff is so damn awesome!!!!!

Its hilarious how Oliver thinks he is the only one allowed to go around killing people. Even back before Helena started killing cops he has always called his kills "justice" and everyone else's kills "murder."

Tommy, as the only sane person on the show, would be better off leaving everyone in his life behind. Its funny; at the beginning of the series it was implied that he'd be a womanizing party-going *****ey best friend of Oliver, but he is actually the most sympathetic character on the show in my opinion.

There's a good feature article on Arrow in the March 29 EW issue (Doctor Who on the cover :)).

There's some good scoop for next season including more island-only installments. I think this article may be on EW's site so keep an eye out for it.

why is this show being so politically correct when it comes to crime.
They should do a real representation of the ethnicitys of people who commit inner city crime. Inner city crime is not commited by white male fitness models
if the show was based out of small town or suburban setting it would make since.

but maybe it wouldnt be good for cultural relations so I can understand there point.

I like this show, but every time they refer to him as "The Hood" I fight the urge to throw the remote at my TV.

For the love of God, can't they just call him Arrow/The Arrow?!?! I mean, the show is called Arrow, so what's the big deal? I know TV shows tend to avoid superhero code names, but seeing as this is a show about a masked vigilante, based on a comic book character, they could probably let it slide. Especially since most of the villains get to have code names!

This reminds of the episode where Detective Lance first got the cellphone and literally called him "Green Arrow." I was like, "YES. Finally!" But no.

Thing is, there's no real organic way for the show to give him that name. Especially not the "Arrow" part of the name. If anything else, he'd be referred to as "The Starling City Archer" or "The Starling City Vigilante" or the "Green Hood" or something to that effect; based on how news media typically refer to vigilantes and/or murderers.

Heck, I'd settle for them calling him "The Archer." Anything is better than The Hood.

And at this point, I don't care that it wouldn't organic for him to have the name. One cheesy line where they introduce a new name like, "Call me Arrow!" or "This guy's no hood...he's an Archer/Arrow" is better than referring to him as The Hood for the entire series.

Oliver did claim the name Green Arrow was too cheesy when Merlyn Sr. suggested it!

I find it hard to believe that a news organization would see a vigilante that kills with a bow and arrow and come up with a name based on his wardrobe lol

They might/would if that is his most consistent, distinctive feature. He's always got his same hood where as he doesn't always use his bow.

Depends on the demographic of the neighborhood. If the glades are a mostly whote ghetto, then most of the street crime will be committed by young white males.

Thus far, Starling City seems to be primarily white in all economic classes. That said, those thugs looked mostly Latino as I recall.
