Unthinkable may surpass first season finale.

I think it's out of the question for Roy to be named Speedy. It's likely Red Arrow and Arsenal for him. I wish they pull off a Young Justice where we have two Roy Harpers and make it like the Van Damme movie, Double Impact.

I hope Team Arrow expands its ranks for the 3rd season.

If I may... A Not entirely complete theory...

It's obvious that the cure works as Roy isn't attacking everyone like a rabid minion in the promo, so Slade takes Felicity to kill her and destroy Oliver. In the confrontation, Oliver actually shoots her with an arrow and kills her himself... Hence the unthinkable as the title, cannot see Slade expecting that... Somehow (I've not quite worked this bit out yet) he has a vial of Miracuru and injects Felicity with it once Slade is dead, it works and revives her.... Then Oliver gives her the cure, to which she's back to normal (if the cure removes all the super strength and whatnot).

That would make for a hell of a confrontation.

I think that "Unthinkable" refers to someone really big dying in the episode. Someone unexpected. Oliver, Roy, Sara, Nyssa all walking into the final battle, that was such a badass shot.

That wouldn't do much. If bullets, arrows, and even explosives can't kill a Mirakuru soldier, then I seriously doubt that a simple neck snap would either. Plus, Isabel got hit by a truck going really fast, and she just got right back up again.

It would work if she had already been injected with the cure.

This finale looks incredible, I just hope Felicity is the one Slade takes, Sara doesn't die, Thea doesn't go with Malcolm and we get an epic fight between Arrow and Deathstroke.
