That was just so wildly wrong for Thor on so many levels. Noblest of the gods, beating the **** out of children for no real reason. That kid didn't pose much of a threat to anything.

In a perfect world where writer's and editors know what they are doing the X-men, Cyclops included, would use Xavier's death to spurn them to action. To ensure the dream of humans and mutants coexisting will be a reality. However it probably won't.

So Marvel has ruined not one, but two characters, one of them being my favorite x-man.

To be honest, I really wouldnt mind a "One more Day" style reboot for X-Men. unlike Spider-Man, they actually kinda need it.
