I have, he is a decent actor, but ive also seen his other work too.

You can see the folds in the "fabric", I doubt there's much padding here, I have no idea if the suit is armored or not but it seems like a mix of fabric & what you have on Supes' suit.

those folds look like on purpose...i didnt believe the mos suit was only a thin layer over cavills body as well...especially the abs. there is certainly a formgiving pad under the actual cloth you wouldn't see the abs like that without it.

It's 50/50 for me with him. I still like him in smaller dramas or when he plays more of an every day guy type of character like in Good Will Hunting or The Company Men, or in films that he directed himself like Argo and The Town, but i don't really like him in bigger genre oriented stuff so that's why my particular pause is so strong on this. I found him kind of blah in Daredevil, Armageddon, and as recently as Runner Runner. But I can't wait to see what He does in Gone Girl under David Fincher.

the first thing that sticks out to me are the small ears. im not a fan of that. longer ears make him out to be more bat than man, imo... the overall weathered look pretty cool... not too big a fan of the logo, though... it's okay for what it is, imo...

For the first time in 40+ years, Batman finally wears a more comic accurate outfit again.

It looks good. In my perfect world, however, this suit would be neal adams influenced with the yellow oval. IMO, if you're gonna have two icons meet, Bats should have his most iconic suit.

Still, it looks good.

it's okay for what it is, but i'm not overly impressed, and i have that right to not be overly impressed... i dont like the Dark Knight Returns look. never have. i just dont. i personally prefer the Batman begins look, or the Batman 1989 look- that's just me.

It's okay brother.

I love this new suit. Would I prefer a different emblem? Yes. Longer ears? Of course. But I more than appreciate their attempt and execution on bringing one of Batman's most iconic looks for the general public to see.
