BvS Ben Affleck IS Batman - Part 23

Jackman looks to be about 5% bodyfat here and presented in ideal circumstances (lighting, pump, dehydrated, etc.). I could believe Affleck is in the 8-10% range in these candid shots taken in less than ideal conditions.

Quite possible, the man is in a serious training regime for many years now. I'm not quite sure how much body fat Jackman has, but it could easily be 5%.
Still I find it impossible that Affleck has 7% or 8% of body fat, it would be more in line with how Bale looked in Batman Begins.

I'd post a picture, but as a straight male, there's a limit of how many photos of shirtless men I can post and keep my integrity intact.

I was just answering Hazards question about body fat, and it seems like you didn't paid attention to what I wrote, but it was clear that I have no problem with neither Garner being proud of her husband nor the way Affleck looks. Quite contrary, actually.
I was simply debating and talking about some facts, as long as one doesn't troll that is what forums are for, no?

I don't understand muscle mass percentage to get that. Why is it unbelievable that Affleck has 7 to 8% muscle mass? He looks pretty buff to me. Especially in these June pics.

Though with recent pics, I feel like he's slimmed down? May be just me.

Ben is looking good. Might not be as toned and defined....yet...but you can tell he is in bulk and strength mode now.

I'm sure the toning and definition will come by Justice League film....if he continues to stay in shape. Which he should do IMO.

If you hated TDKR/Nolan's movies and you're excited for the Snyder-verse and Batfleck, you have to at least appreciate the fact that Nolan ended his universe and stepped aside, when WB would've thrown obscene amounts of money at him to keep making Batman movies indefinitely.

I do appreciate that a lot. I also respect he had a vision with a beginning and end. It just except for BB wasn't a vision I particularly liked


I'm really stoked for this new Batman.

Seem to recall Ryan Reynolds being described [in the Blade:Trinity behind the scenes training vid] as being close to 3% bodyfat and I dont recall him being particularly vascular, only cut and well-rounded.

EDIT: Just seen the 'pot belly' posts? Seriously, wtf? We dont really know for sure what midsection is under that t-shirt but I can say with some certainty that it isnt a pot belly. lol.
