Oscar winning right here.
That's exactly how Kristen Stewart acts.
Oscar winning right here.
What if Batfleck sounds as good as he looks?
The expression of fear on his face with and without the cowl is acted out perfectly imo. 404: over-acting not found.
Even though I really liked the idea of white contact-like lenses like in the concept art, I'm really glad now that they chose against it. His eye-movement is subtle but really sells it.
What I like is how his face shifts from fear to anger. Like "What are you gonna do to me?" to "How dare you!"
Affleck has been wanting this part for over a decade and it really shows.
He looks more pissed without cowl than with it.t:

Affleck was great in this scene, despite the cowl, you can see him shifting from puzzled and curious to being scared.
By the way, I finally changed my mind regarding the white eyes, I don't miss them anymore. I really like that eye shift just before Superman arrives.
And I'm going with either a nightmare or Bizarro. Supes looked genuinely scary and I thought that he had mostly disgusted look on his face, rather than pissed... similarly to the expression he makes when he kneels in front of Luthor.

Must he surpass Bale tho? Did Bale surpass Keaton?
Different Batmans all together. I'm going to judge Ben for this Batman and not the previous.

Exactly, it's little details like this that are important. Isn't it nice to see the fear in his eyes, even though the mask is molded to be scary and angry ?![]()
Glad to have you on board! #EyesOverLenses
Agreed. I never really felt too strongly about them though but going sans lenses was a good call.
Yessss... Gooood... Come to the Dark Side... We have cake.
Although I never liked the idea, I kinda hope that is Bizarro Sups as I want this entire sequence to be real. It looks too rich and edge-of-my-seat interesting to just be a throw-away nightmare sequence but it most likely will be that.
I suspect no matter if I'm right or someone else, there is something important happening in this sequence. I don't think it is going to be throwaway at all.
Yeah, it was. By the way, I really like how Supes rips the Batman mask of and there is still Batman there on Bruce Wayne's face. He was majorly pissed off.t:

Yes! I really liked that. Not to mention, successfully emoting a fearful look in that terrifying cowl is quite the feat.
That's because of his over-acting.Indeed. He does a great job working around the restrictions of the cowl.
That is true. I suspected it to be an important if not even pivotal scene, given that it was shown in both trailers.
That doesn't exclude the possibility that it's a dream that makes a shift in Bruce's mind, though.
What are your theories KRYPTON? You still suspect it to be a postapocalyptic future? Sorry, I've no time to go through previous pages right now, and I'd like to know your thoughts.
