Welp. Initial reports said that he'd still be doing those.
Guess not.
Training 2 hours a day is pretty typical for any fitness enthusiast, I'm glad he's already begun but some of you act like that's above and beyond which it's not, well depending on how exactly he's training.
2 hours daily is sort of above average. Working people don't have two hours to spare. 1.5 hours is more along normal.Training 2 hours a day is pretty typical for any fitness enthusiast, I'm glad he's already begun but some of you act like that's above and beyond which it's not, well depending on how exactly he's training.
This looks very good. I wouldn't mind such a look.

And that's the thing. His training will be overseen by a world class trainer, his diet would be prepared by a world class dietician, and he would have the best supplements out there. Those 2 hours will count a lot is what I am saying. Just imagine every single rep being overseen by a top bodybuilder, your moment to moment training, no. of sets, no. of reps, which exercise to do is all adapted and fully customized by the trainer.
Two hours of that is significant.

Snyder is really responsible for re-imagining the masculine image in cinema through his films. He is sort of co-relating a great sculpted physique (Leonidas, Manhattan, Superman) with masculine qualities like nobility, courage and power. It's a subversive re-imagining but definitely a throw back to older times and somewhat of a response to the mextrosexualization of the male representation in the media today.Snyder likes his muscles.![]()

I'm not too worried. Besides, I'd prefer a lean/fast looking Batman.
He mostly is NOT using Gym Jones. He's using his The Town trainer with whom he has a great friendship. His trainer indicated that he himself will be preparing Affleck for Batman. If Affleck is using gym jones he is training like a mule, that's for sure, and no need for lengthy responses I am a fitness enthusiast and am fully aware of what you're all stating.![]()
He also looks the best in manips.

But of course the training will yield great results when you have all the best help you can get. It's pretty common for Hollywood people to get some less than legal supplements to help as well, which increases the results even more.

Interesting news. Do you have a source article?
I'm not accusing anyone in specific without evidence, but there have been plenty of people caught using after having been very outspoken against PED's. I also care less about it when it's not people that are competing against other people, although I never condone it in any way.I doubt Affleck will be using steroids since Snyder and specifically Gym Jones have been pretty outspoken about not wanting to use them. Caville was completely natural.
