Probably, but it's a shame since before there was any real news on this movie I had mentally fancasted Damon as one of the ship's crew (Head of Security) Oh well, if everything goes well with Interstellar then hopefully Nolan will want to work with him again

I always wanted to see Damon in a Christopher Nolan-directed project and it looks like I got my wish (even if it's apparently a small one) . This cast keeps looking better and better.

Just a hunch. It's a small but pivotal role and this character would most likely be needed in the Iceland location where he's apparently shooting.
