Why would Disney hire someone from the enemy? What if he's double crossing them?

I just hope Disney doesn't start to dictate what the Marvel studios should be doing, it's been a fear of many people during the buy out.

LOL, I think you're overthinking it and worrying for nothing. Although, if it did work that way, Horn would be Alexander Pierce and WB would be HYDRA secretly infiltrating Disney/SHIELD.

And Disney hasn't stepped on Marvel's toes yet, I doubt they'll do so in the future. Marvel has proven they know what they're doing by themselves.
