I know that I don't have an account with them and don't really want to join them to just see arrow comic. Since primarly my comic reading is physical books. Also I posted the link to it yesterday too.

Oh sorry, I read it on my cell phone. Plus somehow I can't view it with my browser. Sorry bout that. You should just create an account with comixology. Even if its just for downloading free digital comics.

ARGGHHHHH. I wish i knew this came out on Comixology. I missed some of the Joss Whedon SDCC panel when I left the room just so I could pick up a copy of Arrow #0.

Ah well I really don't want to join that thing not really into the digital stuff for comics. If any one who dl it if you could pm me scans of the pages I would be grateful.

I think somebody else said this, but I think it would be a very wise move on WB/DC's part to attach the trailer for the show with The Dark Knight Rises, y'know how they always show commercials before the trailers start? It could be the last one they show or whatever. Could get some more steam going for the show.

I don't think they need to do that. The show been getting a lot of good buzz on its own. And if it was to happen would have been announced awhile ago. Seening that theaters have there prints in and ready for weekend.

I remember when they showed a special preview of Batman Begins during the season 4 finale of Smallville.

The show doesn't need it? Okay, come on.... let's be real here. There's no amount of good buzz that this thing might have recieved that could match having any sort of promotion attached to what is bound to be one of the biggest movies of the summer. If Warner Bros. cares about this at all, they've gotta throw something in there.

I agree. Any publicity is good publicity. Smallville didn't exactly have the largest fanbase by the end of its run, so its hard to say how many people would even know about Arrow, especially given the fact that the Green Arrow isn't exactly one of the most popular members of the JL.

i was merely just saying if they were to have done this we would have heard something by now and all that. And sure majority of folks may not know of arrow coming. But from the fandom who are likely to be the main viewers know its coming and its been getting postive buzz every entertainment sites and all that. Also the show is still months away where once we are closer to launch of the show we can see more magazine/web press and cast doing the rounds of talk shows like kelly, etc....

Not gonna happen guys. Man of Steel is attached to Dark Knight Rises. MOS is more important to WB right now. Plus they usually only promote movies in theatres. Lotsa promotion for Green Arrow has been going on. CW is showing all the new season's trailers atm. Critics have also given out positive reviews for this. Plus comiccon and all, its the best we can hope for already.

Of course, you know.... because studios tend to only attach one trailer to a movie.

I see previews for tv shows all the time in the pre-showing commercials. The Arrow could easily be previewed there.

And that is likel place if that was to happen. But like I pointed out before we do still have a few months to go to airing of the show. And plently of time for press/mag stuff.

Also in other news tomorrow marks start of episode two/series production filming. I wish them all a good first/returning day of work.

These are usually more dependent on the theatre chain rather than the movie about to be shown.

But yes, an Arrow trailer/promo wouldn't hurt right before showings of TDKR.

Moving awfully fast to other DC characters aren't we? I thought they would take their time when it's just the first season and the third episode.

But I'm not complaining. Need some Deadshot action!:woot:

I don't think it's too fast. If this were a fellow JLA member already, I'd agree. But Deadshot? Eh. Why not?

I think they will take their time with other DC heroes but when it comes to the villains, anything goes.

Sweet deadshot in episode three this should be good. And I too see no problem bringing in dc villains this early. It give us more to work with. And I don't want to see arrow just taking out petty criminals/corrupt folks in every episode. That would get dull fast like how sv in early yrs used krypto freaks on a daily bases.

First Deathstroke's mask now a lone gunmen who's a Deadshot, how about a Deadman ?huh

I see what you did there. :awesome:

But seriously, If metahumans are even up for debate at this point, there's no way they're going to introduce supernatural elements.

I want Black Mask. :cmad::up:

Isn't Black mask more of a Batman guy? Anyway i personally would embrace all things strange in the dc universe. I would approach it like a onion and slowly peel back on the layers. Ollie lived a very privlidged life and for him it would be eye opening to see the world as it truly is.

Well, for the most part, I agree, but I think they need to take their time with it. Metahumans could totally be done on the show, but so early in the game, I don't think so.
