Geez man. This is DC/Supernatural all over again. First it was Smallville and Supernatural now it's Arrow and Supernatural. I want this show to do well but in my gut man.........................................but then again this is the CW. If 5 people saw it, CW would consider it a hit. No way should Gossip Girl or 90210 be on tv still. :o

Geez. I dun even know what you're complaining about. Are you upset about the timeslot? Lol.

Complaining for the sake of complaining.

Why do you get so upset that someone wants to complain about the show? They have a right to voice their opinions and if they are complaining about something then that is also their right. Why must you feel the need to tell everyone their complaints are invalid?

Are you sure you don't work for CW? You seem awfully determined to make sure no one says a bad word about them.

The fact that the cw will keep a show on if it gets a few viewers is a GOOD THING. That means if this show is atleast moderate in viewership we could be looking at the next smallville, 10 years in the making.

How is that complaining?

Thanks for the support! And I'm sure he works for the ce! ;)

Although if we get another DC product that lasts ten seasons, I hope the series has brilliant enough writers that keeps the series fresh and fun every season...not some series that felt like it should have ended at season six such as Smallville.

caught the featurette on YT. I'm actually hoping that this show does well and manages to stand out on its own, and maybe it's the setting and premise but Armell looks a lot like Salvation-era Bale :(

Or maybe it's just me.

"The Arrow is a story about a superhero that's real." - Armell

lol sorry man but this ain't based on a true story.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but in last month's Green Arrow #0 (which was a good issue for a change) Tommy Merlyn was added into continuity.

Anyone know the date this premiers in the UK? Been looking everywere and cant seem to find it.

Could they not give him a bigger eye piece? :whatever:

It blocks out any peripheral vision he has to the right. It would be a major disadvantage IMO.

I heard they were thinking of going bigger but, since Rob Liefeld left....

Well I guess the good thing is the GA's costume looks good for a tv show and thats the most important thing. That eye piece is a tad to big, but I'll wait to see how it looks in the context of the show.

It's not the fact it's a costume pic...it's the fact that they are trying to ride the fence with costumes. They want realism...but then they want costumes. But by doing that in a tv show the costumes come off as bland or just incredibly fake.

I do wish they had just given him the full mask, but I don't mind this look.

I can't tell if his jacket is red or not. I wonder if (assuming he survives) he'll get a more complete costume when (if) he comes back.

for some reason it seems like the best character-dynamic would be between Ollie and his sidekick "Speedy" :D already loving what they're doing with Thea's character. It's an interesting spin on things, and arguably a better way of looking at the overall story.

I mean, how many vigilante/loner-heroes have a sibling-figure? Answer? All of them. They're sidekicks. But only in this show are they making that connection stronger.

this show comes on in one week

I have cablevision and I don't know whats going on but I cant find channel 11.
