Moral justice trumps written law in cases such as Batman so this is incorrect.

JGL will be an antagonist and a "bad guy" even though he's following the law by the book.

Being able to think/act for yourself is on a different level than following orders for the sake of doing what's "right" or legal.

I can buy the idea that Miranda Tate is an alias of Talia's, but why make up a fake name and a fake role description for Alberto Falcone? If they had just said 'JGL is playing John Blake' and left it there, fine. But it wouldn't take all that long for the fact he is really Falcone to surface, so as a misdirection it doesn't make much sense to me.

I'm not saying that wouldn't be an interesting idea, but it could easily just end up seeming like overkill if Tate turns out to be Talia.

As often, people kept speculating about the actor playing some major comic book character, when it actually wasn´t the case. Marion´s character seems to confirm a Julie Madison-style potential love interest, while CW got the role that was initially rumored to be Talia. Once again, Nolan threw a curve ball on the internet scoopers.
