I don't think he needs it. But I like traditional Aquaman so of course I won't be a fan of how this one looks. Geoff Johns made Aquaman a badass without feeling the need to make him look like Conan the Barbarian. Oh the irony.

I had a feeling that there was a chance that some traditional Aquaman fans might not be quite as keen as everyone else. Would you go so far as to say you dislike it? Are you still happy to see Aquaman or not expecting much given how different the character might be?

You know what I've been wondering? How long after BvS is JL taking place? I'd love for it to be pretty darn soon after. I seriously doubt it'd take Bruce/Diana a year to go out to the other members.

Yeah but it's hella cheesy and I doubt this Arthur would want to be called that. I'd honestly be just fine with no one calling him Aquaman.
Somehow they made Superman not cheesy when it said, "Mankind is introduced to The Superman." For some reason that just made it not cheesy.

I've said it before, but I think JL members should call each other with their real names and leave Superman, Aquaman, Wonder Woman etc for the public and press.

Oh not at all. Of the upcoming standalone movies, since Green Lantern Corps may or may not even happen, Aquaman is probably my most anticipated and I won't look down on it just because I'm not a big fan of the character design.
