Am I the only one that thinks that Solange never quite blew up? I hear people talk about her but I honestly cannot recall a time when I've heard one of her songs spun at a club or on radio either here or in New York.

I read on CNN that she didn't even use a camera crew...used a single video camera, shot the vid in one take, and then they RAN so they didn't have the cops come looking for them. Badu said she was too busy watching for the police to even be nervous about getting naked in public.

The thing that pisses me off about this Badu video is that I was not aware of this happening in my town. Y'all would've seen my ass running with her in the video yelling "take it off!"
