I ain't never seen the Soulfood show but a couple. Even if I was fried I couldnt take 'Darren Dance Moves' seriously, Vanessa Williams got HOTT when that came out tho

The Wire, The Corner..all that gimm ass ****. Look at 'Mike' -he was a killer! from The Wire hes on 90210...=/
Look hit on what's hot. Take the Incredibles, make them black, go to live action, only give powers to the Dad and the girl, family dynamic BAM.

All about that but Train Wreck TV seems to be what's really hot these days...

I think a super gritty look at a Black American family would hit hard long as it was kept honest...

Air the good and the bad, the bad will be "Okay" for all the haters and crabs. The good will shine through and prove we're people to those used to the caricatures...

The Wire really is as good as everyone says it is. The whole Bunk & McNultty banter alone makes the show worth watching.

A suspicious neighbor saw me run up to the house and go into the backyard at the end of my run. He told police that he knew everyone in the neighborhood, and had never seen me before. When the police showed up, they could tell right away that this was a false alarm. This is a relatively wealthy, upper-middle class neighborhood near L.A. and there aren't a whole lot of black people around. My sister-in-law, who is white, was pissed about it, but I wasn't surprised that it happened.

That's a damn shame. I'm pretty sure you were in jogging gear, so there's no reason to believe that someone would break into a nice house in broad daylight without much to carry.

I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt (hood down) and light shorts with running shoes. My gear is decorated with logos that can be easily identified from a long distance. And as you say, it was in broad daylight.

Keshia Cole is alright. She gets a bad wrap (haha...). Not the most incredible voice, but she does have her moments where I'm like, "Ok ok, I get it...", and I understand why she's a multiplatinum seller.

Janelle's been around for a while. She has a couple of EP's but no official full length album (until May).

Keyshia Cole is a terrible singer who owes her success to not only the producers she turned to for music, but also to the constant "Tupac" name-dropping she did when she came out. It was "I was brought up by Tupac" this, and "Tupac was like a big brother to me" that. Congratulations. It doesn't mean your ass can sing. Quite frankly, I'm surprised she still has a career after releasing her song titled "Love."
