Which worries me. Their prototypes for the Thundercats toys actually looked halfway decent. The final products were trash.

Can I see a comparison?

I've seen the same toy get a colour change here and it looks more decent to me.

The head really makes it look more like a Xenomorph than a T-Rex.

The original megazord toys were simplistic and great. This reeks of what Michael Bay did with the TF franchise in regards to design. Too busy. That's why I hoping the megazord is more in line with the designs of PacificRim than Transformers.

I don't think this movie is going to be any better than all those forgettable young adult movies being released every year.

I doubt that.

Also, the Angel Grove High School website has some new updates, even a meta one.

It was crazy seeing so many MMPRs on Saturday night for Halloween parties.

But, myself and all of my friends are 26-30... so maybe it is perfect timing for this film.

Just imagine how it will be next year after the movie releases.

Saw these on Facebook and I really hope that's not the Megazord as it's lacking colour...

Edit: There seems to be more than one Megazord design out there.

I just said that.

You mean you edited to say that, it wasn't there when I began posting.
Who cares.

The second Toys'R'Us one you can really see the details of the Zords.
A couple have switched places from the original.

Idk, guys, I think the first image is actually closer/more accurate to actual Megazord in the movie while the combining one is a bit simplified for toy form.

It looks a bit more Bayformers' Prime-esque than I was expecting but I guess that comes down to the superficial differences & this is just a toy, made by.., Bandai. Gonna wait to see the real thing before I pass judgement. I actually think those metal parts are suppose to be some kind of alien nanotech

Also, you guys notice they kept the glass face from the art? Same thing with the Zords it seems. Which leads me to believe they're keeping the blueprints from the concept art which might mean full-bodied Zordon? possibly?

I think I preferred the concept...

But yeh these are toys, how well they capture the move version I'll reserve judgment till I see actual shots of it.
