I wasn't aware tha batman actually
wins against the joker. Was I watching a different film? And with regards to ra's, I'm not really sure Bruce burning his house to the ground would be ra's getting the upper hand at first.

Yeah, you probably were watching a different film. I was watching The Dark Knight, where Batman clearly saves the day by sacrificing a great deal.

And clearly, I'm talking about the final battle between Ras and Batman.

We are all quite aware that Batman wins. That is clearly obvious. However, Bane will prove to be Batman's greatest test.

Its clearly obvious to me, I'm not sure its clearly obvious to the Bane fanboys here. To them, its like this film is called "Bane rises"...

And coming from you, I'm not sure if calling Bane "Batmans greatest test" is more your wishful thinking than actual fact, but whatever.

Yeah. Batman saved what day? The two ferries? The people didn't blow themselves up. They saved themselves. Sure batman clipped joker before he blew them both up but, the ferries were hardly the jokers primary objective. He took gothams white knight and destroyed him. And in the process made batman a fugitive. Also killed bruces first and only love. Of
course batman countered by basically sacrificing himself so no one would know about dent..At
best
I'd say it's a draw. And from what
we know about tdkr, I'd hardly say
it's hyperbole to assume bane
could be batmans toughest test
yet, partly dye to what the joker did previously as well.

I actually think your crusade against Bane is a little superfluous The Batman.

One can easily attribute TDK's ending as Joker ultimately being right about the people of Gotham and Batman keeps the city from free falling into a psychological disaster by sacrificing himself. Not a loss but not a total win either.

Secondly Bane is going to kick Batman's Arse in this film at one point or another. surely Batman will prevail at the end but Nolan has shown us that prevailing can be done at a very fine margin.

Whilst people on here might like Bane a lot that doesn't mean they're overhyping this character. In the credible hands of Nolan, Nolan and Hardy this character could very much well exceed expectations and beat Batman to the point of death.

There's no way of telling but I haven't read any fanboy fanaticism in the comments stated here

Shut up, you fools!

Venus thanks for that! Banes gonna be awesome I can feel it

The stuff going on in some of these videos sort of blows my face off. The scale of events is much greater than I expected.

Someone who's great with video edits needs to combine those New York and Pittsburgh fight scenes in one video.

One things for sure... they're both taller than the dude in love with Bale's mouth!.... lol

But seriously, Batman still wins by an ear.
While that may be true in the strictest sense, the ears really don't give Batman a height advantage in battle. Being aesthetic accessories, they don't add anything as far as pure physique goes.

I know. Overthinking to the max.

Seeing Hardy and Bale rehearsing is great. It'll be amazing when it all comes together in the final cut. :)

Did you see how Nolan was standing next to them as they fought...maybe he was playing the Role of Ra's Al Ghul!

:o

I've missed you :csad:.

Damn, Hardy looks like a beast in that video when he's on top of the stairs. Great stuff venus, thanks for posting :woot:

"Crusade against Bane"? I'm sorry rags...next time I'll consult you before I post, so you can tell me how "Superflous" I'm being.

First off, no one ever said Batman had a total win in TDK. But he did win and limped on to fight another day.

Second, there is a reason why I have my screen name. I know Bane's role in the mythos, thank you very much. And I know what he will do to Batman. And I too look forward to Bane hurting Batman, not because I'm a raging Bane fanoby, but because it will make Bruce's story more compelling, and make his comeback all the more better. At this point, you're telling me things I already know.

As for people not overhyping Bane...I disagree. I'll enjoy Bane for sure, though

I just want to say again, I'm loving Hardy's "Bane Walk."

He just lumbers along like a bear.

You seem a little frustrated about this.

Man Bane is kicking Batman's ass in that video

I really hope there's an awesome moment in the film when Bane takes his coat off before this fight, getting ready to whoop some ass. :awesome:

No disputing that.

Are you suggesting that the people "overhyping" Bane aren't excited about that as well?

As for people not overhyping Bane...I disagree.
People are just excited, Batman. Not quite sure why this bothers you so much.
