Thanks Dark B. I think they may use some helicopter shots if they have a chase scene (which might combine Pitts and NYC), but I expect most skyline shots to be a NYC with CGI enhancements.

This kinda makes me wonder if blowing up the stadium is true. I wonder if theyre doing what the X-Files did at the end of season 5 by getting a ton of people to fill the stadium

I have a feeling it is true, theyve just tried to keep a lid on it. Im not sure if they'll be able to film a scene inside as I think its been completely emptied, but there is another arena close by that has been used in a few films before which could double as the interior. Hardy actually spent a few weeks filming Warrior in that arena as well.

If Bane doesn't just demolish a hospital, but also a makeshift hospital, he would be one of the most evil villains EVER. The casting call for "Sports fans" definitely makes me think they'll be using the arena for a sporting event in some capacity though.

I still want to see Scarecrow's fear toxin unleashed on a packed sports arena...maybe with a possible connection to the LOS, Bane will do something similar...before blowing it up!

This Igloo stuff so makes me excited for a Bane or Scarecrow scene in a hockey arena...

I've wanted a live action Batman sports arena scene since that Scarecrow episode of BTAS at that Gotham University football game.

It will be interesting to see what, if anything, they do with the arena. I would love to have the Scarecrow unleash the toxin, as many of you have posted...that would be great. Heck, I would love the Scarecrow to have a role...that would be the topping on the cake for me, haha.
Anyway, I will be driving up for the audition on Saturday...managed to get the day off from my work - my boss understood - so I am excited. Even if I am not selected, I will be just as thrilled to have been able to try to acquire a slice of the cinematic magic that will be cast.
