Can't wait to see some tv spots! How exciting!
Sadly, I don't think we'll be getting that many great flying shots that involves using Cavil and not some CGI double since from the sounds of the Empire Magazine Article, it seems like Snyder had preferred in using CGI doubles for the flying shots as opposed to traditional wire works.
Doesn't mean the close-ups will be CG.
If Cavil hasn't learned to fly for this movie then screw him!![]()
Well he is obviously going to fight. The next trailer doesn't matter. The TV Spots matter. I'm sure the next trailer will be an "action" trailer. That is what WB is notorious for doing marketing wise.
Daniel Day Lewis would have leapt from skyscrapers for a month to prepare.
I agree. I would like to see something similar to this in the trailer and tv spots..Well he is obviously going to fight. The next trailer doesn't matter. The TV Spots matter. I'm sure the next trailer will be an "action" trailer. That is what WB is notorious for doing marketing wise.

How do we know that this Henry Cavill person isn't actually Day Lewis deep in method.

Very deep. Daniel Day Lewis playing Henry Cavill playing Kal-El playing Clark Kent playing Superman after researching using nothing but Superman comics.
It's like Acting-ception.

Imagine the surprise some of those people might have if they went to the movie uninformed : "They blew up Krypton AGAIN?I agree. Given the lukewarm reception to Superman Returns, they really can't afford a misstep in the marketing. I still run across people who are surprised to learn this is a reboot and not a sequel.
Imagine the surprise some of those people might have if they went to the movie uninformed : "They blew up Krypton AGAIN?
I thought they already did that in Part One."
The layers just keep on peeling back
Day Lewis was actually living on the remains of Krypton for years to 'become' Kryptonian, and his arrival back on Earth was timed perfectly for the "Henry Cavill" auditions, they coordinated his return to be at the same time as astronauts were returning to Earth from the space station,he very temporarily 'became' an actual astronaut called Sergey dei-loois,and nobody was able to tell that he was in fact an Earthling become Kryptonian, become astronaut, about to become "Henry Cavill"
It is the purest form of Acting-ception ever seen.
"Wait a minute! What happened to his kid?!"
