oh god the feels.

Got damn this season has been off the charts. The last two episodes are going to be epic as hell.

Oh god that scene on the bridge. :csad:

I want to be Root when I grow up. :hrt:

What another great episode that really brought Finch and Grace's relationship to the forefront. Him sacrificing himself to save his team and Grace are stuff that normally doesn't have as much emotional force behind them on network TV. I really have to wonder what Root is planning with the stolen servers, but it looks like that plan may hit a snag based on the preview for next week's episode.

It also seems Vigilance has disappeared completely once The Machine/Northern Lights was exposed. I'm still expecting them to show up by at least the season finale. Plageman and Nolan said the ending of the season would be a free-for-all so throwing Vigilance back in would fit the bill.

SPOILERS Regarding Final, including Set pic
They do show up according to the synopsis , plus set pics Ive seen from the final.

It seems Vigilance kidnaps both Control,Finch and Greer and from what Ive heard they hold some kind of Kangaroo court (ala The Dark Knight Rises),this forces Reece to team up with Hersh to save

Completely forgot about the set photos of Reese and Hersh together. That should make for an interesting and uneasy alliance, especially if Shaw gets involved with Hersh as well.

Who died and made you Finch?!

I don't remember the exact wording (someone else out there will and eventually post it though)....but best moment for me was -

Finch: "I don't want there to be violence....but if they hurt her in any way....kill them all."

Oh, Shaw.
myjoqlh
... I could watch that for days.

This was the "Endgame" of the three part finale arc, and while I had expected a little more action it was still very, very good. Funny that Marvel's Agents of SHIELD did pretty much the exact same episode last week, but only much worse.

I really liked Reese's I'M BATMAN moment in the interrogation room. Also, "Who died and made you Finch?" And of course, Michael Emerson (who got a break this episode) and Carrie Preston were especially fantastic.

promo for episode 3.20

from the scene,it looks like its Peter Collier who puts the bag over Finch's head

That line was brilliantly done, could feel the fury bubbling under Finch, well played by Emerson.

LOL I liked when Grace stood up to Greer calling him an old man.

I don't know if it's just me but every time I hear Greer talk, I think of Emperor Palapatine due to John Nolan's British accent and the emphasis he puts on certain syllables.

I don't know if it's just me, but I think the guy playing Greer is a p*ss poor actor. His lines sound so wooden and just awful.

Just my opinion!

Maybe he got the job because he knows someone. :word:

That may be so, but calling him piss poor is taking it a bit far imo.

‘Twas a small joke (John Nolan being Jonathan’s uncle). And in terms of what the Greer role requires, I think Nolan is fine.

This was such a good episode. I'm surprised Decima didn't blow the whistle on Finch to Grace, but after her heartfelt declaration that Harold wouldn't lie to her, it would've been such a blow for her to learn the truth.

Root's special team of hackers and IT support gets to finally see some action and provide some much needed backup against Decima and Vigilance.
