Tonite was an intense episode. Felt bad for Laskey/

Person of Interest 3x08 - Endgame Promo

I'm, maybe, 70% certain that Shaw has a crush on Carter. Maybe more.

And yeah... damn. That promo.

They're showing way too much for me to believe they'll actually [blackout]kill Fusco[/blackout].

I don't think they're going to kill him since the producers said they'd be doing an episode showing how he ended up working for HR, but it could easily be in these episodes that they're doing them.

Reading comments on other sites and it's real surprising that people don't like Shaw and/or Root. Seems like they only want the Core Four and that's it. I rather enjoy the new characters since they allow the show to cover more ground and have more complex stories. If they were to kill someone, I'd think killing off someone like Elias would be shocking as well.

It was indeed another great episode that's really going to set some major pieces into motion. Carter's plans with Laskey and HR took a serious hit with that final scene.

It's not that those people don't like Shaw or Root, it's that they don't like change. Any new addition to the core group is the enemy. Most of those people complaining are probably the typical CBS fanbase. No elements for change in this series, no sir. Just remain static. Static, static, static.

Old people don't know how to use computers. :o

I can understand bad characters, but Shaw and Root are good characters! Gives the show different dynamics. This show keeps getting better and better.

Great stuff this week as usual I wonder if the stuff Root is saying has any validity.

I have to believe that some of what she is saying is true, I just love those scenes with her and Harold, and I liked how Harold seems genuinly concerned for her well being.

Now she knows who HR is though.
There is that though and now she can focus on finishing her endgame for HR, which I expect will be involving John and Co. somehow. All of the cases so far have been pushing Carter and the team together so it only makes sense.

I love that practically every episdoe this season hasnt had any filler eisodes.

Well said.

Another solid episode. I'm impressed.

Another quality episode, this season has been on a roll. I liked how once again the characters individual missions merged in an organic way, it made for another interesting case that we saw approached from multiple angles. The brief action was good as always.

Shame that Laskey was killed off, I was enjoying the way his dynamic with Carter was developing. I also was left wondering again how Simmons is still swanning around in uniform, I thought he was arrested after Reese kicked his ass a couple of episodes ago.

On a side note; the Reese and Carter fist-bump! :applaud

Thanks.

The additions of Shaw and Root have given new energy to the show.

Exciting stuff! I'm assuming this 3-Episode Event will lead to a spectacular Mid-Season Finale.
