one of the BEST eps of the series...an origins ep of how everything and everyone all ties in together... it's gettin' better and better... and it ain't finished YET...

Great episode loved how everyone had a part to play.

That was another perfect episode. At this point, it's getting redundant to state that. :D

Good episode tonight. Loved how Dillinger was so the "anti-Reese".

Looks like no new episode next week. You'd think Cartoon Network execs were handling the scheduling...

A great episode that explained more of the backhistory of Finch's operations and how he's tied into the recruitment of Reese and Shaw. The ending with Root and Casey sets up another storyline that'll be interesting to watch unfold in the remaining episodes.

If this were CN, we wouldn't have another episode for, like, another ****ing three months.

Great one tonight. Hope we see Joe Mazzello again.

If there is ever a way to weave a backstory into the present timeline, I think POI is the best in the game at doing it. All their flashbacks seem to have a meaning and a purpose that most shows don't seem to get.

Damn, I loved how they tied everything together. The only thing that was missing was a scene of Fusco doing dirty cop stuff.

During the first half, I thought Dillinger might be a potential threat that would come back to haunt Finch. But after Reese easily bested him, it was pretty clear he wouldn't survive the episode.

that's rare and unique that a show can pull that off really well and that's just one more thing that I'M loving about this show, as well...

Another perfect episode. Honestly, at this point, it feels stupid saying the same thing every time an episode airs lol. That ending was great. I loved how all the new things revealed connected perfectly with everything that we already knew. This show is just freaking amazing.

I'm not sure if I caught this right, but Root told Casey at the end of the episode to go to Cartagena, Colombia and meet Greenfield, which is the name of the hacker Root and Finch help escape from Vigilance earlier this season. I'm thinking Root is assembling some sort of team to help her find the Machine and/or help Finch's team out.

Well, whatever she's doing, it's under the command of the Machine. So maybe the machine has some sort of limitation that she wants this super team to help her with.

it Just hit me now, that Casey was the boy from Jurrasic Park, anyway like most people I loved this episode, I just wish that they could have also have shown Hersh.

You just blew my mind, man. I went and looked up his IMDB and he's been in a lot of things I've seen. I just thought he sort of disappeared after Jurassic Park. Good to see he's still out there, getting work.

:wow:

Excellent episode, loved it. I had actually started to like Dillinger until he went ahead and confirmed Reese's assessment of him.

This also.

Mind blowing episode. My god! :D

I didn't realize Root was free to roam, I'm interested to see what her and Casey are going to be up to. The ep was another masterclass in how to tie your various narratives together in a way that felt natural and logical.

Exactly what I was thinking, he seemed like he had the chops to be a future foe for Reese but then that happened and I knew he was toast.

Interested in why you didn't realize this?, It seems like the machine is using Root to recruit computer programmers (for whatever purpose who knows) Its gonna be interesting to see Root, Casey and Jason all work together.

Team Finch :Harold,Reese and Shaw
Team Root :Root,Casey and Jason

I was kind of sad to see Dillinger killed. I was hoping he'd come back in future episodes since I like the actor. It was interesting to see all the players in action in the past. They did a great job of tying everyone together right to the beginning.

So... I'm just now realizing that John Nolan is Christopher Nolan's uncle. Jeez.

I saw his name in the credits. Which character was he?

He plays Greer, the guy old man who works for Decima.

LOL...Ha...that's funny. I had no idea it was that guy. When I noticed his name I figured he had to be related somehow, but I couldn't figure out who he was.

Thanks Kaleb!
