Well, that was one amazing episode. :wow: Fusco kissing Root was hilarious. I almost thought Shaw was gone until that elevator door closed. Next week is going to have a lot to live up to. And it looks like it just might do it!

agreed, I don't think I can take another ep like that again... :wow:

I've got a bad feeling we go thru this again next week, though this time for real! I have a sinking feeling, do you think...

Fusco could die next week in the mission to save Shaw? Tonight's episode faked everyone's death except Fusco... :wow:

I hope not, I don't want to see ANYONE buy it next week... if anything, I want that b**ch, Martine, to get it real good... that is one stone killer b**ch...

when they introduced the 2 ops from control earlier this season I had a feeling they would be replacing someone

It's a testament to the show that we don't anyone of the heroes to die.

Maybe Shaw and Martine can have a hand-to-hand fight next week.

Look at them. Culprits playing with people's emotions and stuff tonight. :argh:

They probably keeping her off the show for a while due to her pregnancy

Crazy episode and there was so many good moments when the Machine was going through the scenarios. Some of my favorites off the top of my head though were Fusco kissing Root, the blah, blach scenes, and Finch reaction to the Dega. I really hope next's episode leads to a win for team Machine.

Well, it's been a long time since a TV episode has made me sweat (figuratively) like [BLACKOUT]those last seconds did.[/BLACKOUT]

[BLACKOUT]I practically burst with all the Root/Shaw stuff XD

Also The Machine's version of their conversation was hilarious.[/BLACKOUT]

Tonight's episode of Person of Interest was so close to being the next "Ozymandias." So damn close. But, instead of selecting a subversive ending, they fell for the safe one. Now, they can pull some interesting character work in next week's episode to compensate for the lost potential...or repeat the misdirection from season 3, and off the character we are least expecting (Fusco?) Still, it was a dynamite hour of television, and the show is still is the best on television. 4.3/5 Oh, and Finch's conversation with the Machine is one of the best speeches I have heard in tv/film in years.

Good god. What an episode. Hands down one of the best ever episode on TV.

Gotta love the machine and its humor. "Who cares? We're in a simulation!" I love you Fusco! Nutter Butter, Banana Nut Crunch, Nutella, etc. The guy is on a roll. :lmao: I was dying at how the machine was even including the ships in its simulation. What a shipper. :hrt: And the machine's versions of their language was like some breaking the 4th wall trolling there. LOVE IT. That was brilliant! :funny: I love the machine.

Also, I've never been so happy to see a preview in my life. Thank god! I was already teary eyed and depressed thinking about Shaw at the end so whew...

Maybe its time they actually tell Lionel what they are up against, also if there is one thing this episode has shown us, its that Root was right about the machine it does care for them

Fantastic episode.

However, I am...uncomfortable that the show has decided to kill off
it's second female minority while the largely white male dominated cast all survive. The cast is looking pretty damn monochrome right now.

How do you know they killed her off? They didn't exactly show Shaw buying it and next week's promo shows them interrogating Control to find her. I'd think Shaw is likely more valuable to Samaritan alive so the Machine likely is having the team rescue her. Can't wait to see how they finish off this trilogy.

Also, like that they're finally going to show them using that anti-tank missile they bought earlier this season.

I'm betting she's not dead. But nevertheless, if she is dead, I'm a little uncomfortable with it.

It's not the show's fault that between the two minority actresses, one wanted to have a limited run from the get-go and the other got pregnant, while the white males are in for the long haul... they add and subtract characters as they go. I don't think it'll be a big deal in the long run.
