Pros and Cons so far

[Hunter Rider]

If from everything you have seen/read so far you think this movie will be perfect/suck then no need to post here
However if like a lot of fans you have excitement but also concern over some things we have seen/heard then post your pros and cons so far here

Pros-

Exploration of Peter's darkside when bonded with the symbiote,i think this is really gonna evolve his character and serve up some great drama

THC as Sandman Will be a total badass

Gwen and Captain Stacy being added is a great touch and i now hope they will be well written

Harry as GG2 getting to complete his arc and this should lead some powerful brother vs brother scenes

The action i think will blow anything we have seen before off the screen

MJ looking hot with better hair

Cons-

Sandman being the killer of Uncle Ben is a bad choice

Venom only having 10 minutes of screen time

Gwen being a floozy

Pros -

-The black suit. Period.
-The fact that Gwen will be in the Spidey-films.
- Tobey being in shape.
- Villains out the wazoo.
- The cast and crew still being here for a third flick.
- Most everything else I've seen.

Cons -

- Sony's handling of the buzz surrounding the film. The cat's out of the bag on most of the details, opportunities were squandered.
- Spider-Man Day. lol.

I think it'll be a great film.

My new wife, Bryce Dallas Howard is in it as Gwen stacy and just looks great.

My theory is starting to take real shape from some spoiler pics I'm seeing.

Agreed that MJ looks better than in sm2.

Cons:

Sandman as the main baddy. I love venom, he should be the only villian.

So many characters!!!! Oh my!

The story seems to have little to nothing to do with the comics though I can't really say since i've never really done more than read marvel cards growing up.

Symboite story line
Multiple characters
Gwen Stacey waining the love interest of Parker

Cons
Emo Parker hair cut (hehe just had to put that in.)
Symbiote suit with raised webbing

- Sandman didn´t kill uncle Ben and we all know it. If it happens, as others said, it will probably be a symbiote-induced hallucination, which is actually cool. In some ways, Spidey sees all his enemies as the killer of uncle Ben.

- I´m not a Venom fan, so 10 minutes is more than enough to me.

- What´s a "floozy", I´m not familiar with that expression...

Tobey returning thus avoiding the Batman francises , new actor each week syndrome. Ditto with Kirsten and Franco

Topher Grace. Actually, I wished he would take up the spidey mantle of Tobey left but oh well.

THC. I think he would have made a good eddie brock but I think he'll do alright as Sandman

i'm not sure about it being true. maybe its something that peter imagines while the symbiote is attached to him, and it fuels his anger towards sandman even more.
