LMAO! It obviously you found O' Hearn the only Superman based on how big he is & doing the pose from those pics you post. Sorry, but look ain't everything. We know for sure Routh can act better than O' Hearn. I prefer Supes as a well fit man than a freaking bodybuilder.

I am willing to trust Singer's casting decision over your love of O'Hearn anyday of the week and twice on Sunday....he tested O'Hearn and didn't cast him.....he has stated that Routh had great chemistry with Bosworth and also that as soon as he saw him he knew he was Superman..so give it up already. So since he would be a risk the proper choice again falls down to WELLING... He's only known as SUPERMAN/CLARK KENT, and he has the looks, and body size for the role... Give him 25 more pounds of muscles, and forget about it...
Singer says that when he saw Routh have a napkin misshap he knew he was his Superman...Shows how little Singer knows about the character.

You can trust Singer all you want but remember he's the same idiot who put [size=-1]Halle Barry [/size] in his movie, and then made a joke out of both her, and the character Storm, and went ahead to make 2 of the most boring, and already old looking Super hero movies to date!

I think O' Hearn did audit for the role from what few posters mention. But glad he wasn't hired. He look like Alex Ross's Superman come to life, but frankly his acting & too big body shape was all wrong for the part. Thought FEAR call him the "it" for some reason.

Even if O'Hearn did audition for the part he was never considered for the role. The official Superman for the city of Metropolis tried out as well. This Routh-O'Hearn argument makes no sense. I don't think even McG at his drunkest would have hired O'Hearn. O'Hearn looked great in the World's Finest trailer but he wouldn't in the movie.
