He can't please everyone. But, from what everyone who has seen it is saying (I'm talking about people I've spoken to online, not critics), it's awesome... the bane scene, I mean.
Oh, and there is no way in hell that a ghost appears in this movie. What I really want to know is (and this could be a huge plot hole)
How the hell does Selina know that Bruce faked his death and how does she know to find him in France?
I got a movie idea based off fight club and I'd like some feedback on it
Its set in a near time where cops and criminals have agreed to settle their differences in private in a bare knuckle fight. The story follows a rookie new cop who follows his mentor in this organisation.
Whatdya think?
Who would you cast in it? I was thinking Ryan gosling, tom hardy
The way the fights work are like this: names of the cops and criminals who enter the arena are listed and chosen at random.
Or someone can volunteer to fight someone else if they both agree to it
They're a couple by the time this movie ends, so they're sleeping together on a regular basis. After years of no action, Bruce bangs two girls. He turns into James freaking Bond.
catwoman sassy? comment after she blast bane away is just... not how i think it would be and should be.
overall bane is just not epic enough. the film is packed (not bloated, imo). the pacing is really fast so i definitely need to see it again. i really missed moment like harvey dent holding gordon son at gun point. so intense, sad and horrifying. there is nothing in tdkr matches that.
Have a spoiler question that I think hasn't been asked yet, and I've read thru the past Q and A's. Hopefully, the theShape or Name-That-Movie can help out? Or anyone! Lol
Can you answer why Selina is at that prison? Where she's in the orange jumpsuit. Why or when it happens.
No nudity (which you would know if you looked at its rating ). It's also a Christopher Nolan film... I'm always surprised by people asking if films that are going to have a lot of children viewing them contain nudity. I remember my piano teacher once wondering if Pirates of the Caribbean had any nude scenes.
I think there's implied sex, but Name/theShape would need to confirm that.
I love how people get upset when asking about how scenes were done or things that are said during them based off a single opinion. For every one thing someone didn't like, there are gonna be 5 people who loved it. It's just a matter of seeing it for yourself and then deciding. Luckily the wait is almost over.
Hey guys. I have a question I don't see anyone else asking...is the reported Adam West cameo real? If so, is it something similar to what Stan Lee does in Marvel films, or is it something different?

Quick question for Name or Shape, if they're around....
Does Alfred believe Bruce is dead at the funeral? I assume Gordon does? It seems weird that he'd let Alfred believe that, but maybe he had no choice.
General point: I feel like, in reading both some reviews (which are 90% positive and some overwhelmingly so) and some forum comments, that sometimes people want stuff that's not possible. Like, Nolan's goal was to make this a realistic world for Batman. But then they hold him to that standard at a crazy level. I mean, could someone REALLY be Batman and never get caught, beat up 20 guys at a time, etc.? Unlikely. In almost any movie with even a hint of action, some stuff will be unrealistic, there will be a few instances where the viewer will have to take a little bit of a leap of faith. That doesn't mean you can't have a problem with some stuff, but, and this is just my opinion, sometimes people nitpick and convince themselves NOT to like something or part of something. I think it's more about the themes and about the characters around the hero, and the hero's impact on those people, who could actually be real.

Why is everyone so against Blake taking up the Mantle of the Bat? I personally have no problem with it. Jean Paul Valley did it in Knightfall (obviously under different circumstances) so why is it wrong for it to happen in Nolan's universe?

This whole ending pissing over the entire character of Batman. This isn't a *gig* he picks up *occasionally* for about nine years. Jean Paul Valley wasn't Bruce's choice, he was unable to perform, and had to stop him. This? Batman would never do such a thing. He's far too paranoid to let some beat cop just take his mantel. He delusional for pete's sake! Nolan wrote the biggest emo-cry baby to ever wear the Bat suit
